Tengusaur (03:37:51): Gloria: "They are pitiful small fries. I fought many of them myself already. You, who routinely beat all of them, are the only real threat!"
VJockey (03:37:54): Michael: "You've got a lot of other guys to deal with too"
Tengusaur (03:38:06): Suddenly, a dimensional rip appears behind his unit.
Tengusaur (03:38:14): And, from it, two large missiles emerge!
Camiu (03:38:32): Kamille: ... Well this just got interesting
Wyverncakes (03:38:32): Jeremy: "Gloat after you have defeated us, President. For unless you do, these bold words of yours are nothing but delusional claims!"
Tengusaur (03:38:37): It doesn't take much to recognize those as very powerful nuclear missiles!
Aero (03:38:53): Ichitaka: "He can do that also!?"
Tengusaur (03:38:58): And they fly into the air, one towards Earth and another towards space!
Tengusaur (03:39:11): Gloria: "Say goodbye to the Federation and Neo Zeon for me."

Lake of Archers (03:42:48): "Huaah!" Gaza D transforms into MA mode, aims its main cannon the Knuckle Buster. Bernie locks onto an Imperial Valley, "I will not go down. Comet Fake!" The beam cannon fires twice+
Tengusaur (03:43:17): The missile's acceleration is not as good as that of a mobile suit, so Kamille can reach it! But the enemies won't just sit down and let it happen - three Imperial Valleys fire their chest cannons to intercept him! (react/continue)
Camiu (03:44:34): *Kamille's quick to barrel roll in between shots as he fires his beam rifle into the missile!+
Tengusaur (03:45:21): Bernie hits an already-firing Imperial Valley, which isn't as focused at dodging as attacking, at least until his beam shoots at it, causing it to drop down to one knee. The next beam hits its chest and causes it to explode, but not before it fires another cannon shot back at him! (react)
Tengusaur (03:45:52): Kamille is shaken by the explosions, but Zeta's armor holds. Hit by the beam, the nuke explodes brightly in space! One more to go.
Wyverncakes (03:45:59): And now it's private channel time!
Tengusaur (03:46:05): (Jukai, Jeremy, Haruka)
Wyverncakes (03:46:36): Jeremy: "Everyone! Gloria has made a grave mistake in setting his base of operations here where we have no need to worry about civilian casualties!"
Wyverncakes (03:47:20): Jeremy: "If we can but turn the weapon around, we caan deliver it right back at him and the base, destroying them all in one go!"
Wyverncakes (03:47:42): Seriously
Wyverncakes (03:47:44): 900 meters?
Aero (03:48:08): Ichitaka: "Jeremy, my grandpa is in the base."
Wyverncakes (03:48:17): It was a fucking chore for the Chalice to take down HALO and it was less than a third of this monstrosity.
Wyverncakes (03:48:31): Buuuut Ichitaka had a point.
Aero (03:48:35): He sounds cold as ice here. That idea did not amuse him.
griefgathering (03:49:10): Yuunagi: "Unless we can secure Gramps somehow, that won't be an option..."
Wyverncakes (03:49:13): Jeremy: "... If we cannot rescue him, then consider the tactic off the table! I give you my word!"
Lake of Archers (03:49:31): "I don't think so." Bernie turns the controls to swerve out of the way+
peter kampschroeder (03:49:51): *"…I'll get the missile!" And Haruka stows the gravity rifle, before jetting off after the earth bound missile. "It's just a really smooth rock…"&
Alan Bunting (03:49:52): Jukai: "Could someone infiltrate the base and go find him? Maybe?"
Aero (03:50:16): Ichitaka: "Haruka be careful."
Camiu (03:50:26): Kamille: You're the smallest one out of all of us, you have the best chance of survival
Tengusaur (03:50:37): Bernie still doesn't manage to avoid the shot completely, and it hits the side of his machine, damaging its armor.
Wyverncakes (03:50:42): * Still, one way or another they have to do SOMETHING with that warhead.. and the Advent blasts off towards it, joining Haruka! "For the moment, Haruka, we can still bring our weapons to bear on the engines!"&
Tengusaur (03:52:15): The two robots head towards the nuke... But suddenly, two of the Imperial Valleys jump and appear right in front of them, trying to block the access to the missile, their dual axes ready to strike! (Jeremy and Haruka react/continue)
Tengusaur (03:52:54): (Jukai, Michael)
Alan Bunting (03:52:55): *Jukai sighs. "Gah, there's no time for argument! I'm gonna get in there and see if I can find him! He's probably the only person in there that isn't gonna shoot at me, right?" Now, what are the odds that she can zip past and not get blocked off horribly?+
peter kampschroeder (03:53:12): *Imber's almost 300 tons, built to tank, and moving very fast. He just gets in position to plow right through the other mecha.+

VJockey (03:54:29): Michael: *Pulling out a pair of grenade Launchers and rushing at the GreatDeus.... you know how Michael has some..... really devastating stuff he hasn't used yet? Gloria will find a few VERY high powered grenades fired at him+
Wyverncakes (03:54:56): * And oh look. One of the HL-1s was trying to stop him! "When I fought your sibling, I lacked the angle and sunlight to do THIS!" The Advent just thrusts out its hand, generating a solar lense in front of it... which immediately condenses the light passing through into a searing beam to slice through the machine!+
griefgathering (03:54:58): Yuunagi: *A barrage of cover fire from the Straybird might help you with that, Jukai! There's only two weapons the black machine can use now, but Yuunagi will do whatever he can.+
Tengusaur (03:55:14): Imber smashes into the two Imperial Valleys, causing them to shake from the sheer force of the impact - one of them explodes, while the other one is thrown away! But the attack is not without its cost, and an axe cuts into Imber, throwing Haruka around in the robot!
griefgathering (03:55:23): Yuunagi: "I can't do much like this, but I can give you cover at least. Let me know if you find him!"
Alan Bunting (03:56:03): Jukai nods. "Okay. I'll call if I find him. Thanks for the cover!" And she zips closer, dodging for everything she's worth. This is important...!
Tengusaur (03:56:45): Jukai, covered by Yuu's fire, manages to reach the buildings of the base and almost enter them! But wait... An automated turret emerges from the floor right next to the entrance and fires its beam machinegun at her! (react)
Aero (03:56:48): Ichitaka: "Thanks."
Tengusaur (03:56:50): (Yuu, Ichi)
peter kampschroeder (03:56:52): "Gah!" Yeah, she doesn't sound quite so good...
Tengusaur (03:57:40): Jeremy's beam manages to cut through the Imperial Valley, and the nuke after it! Both are down for the count, floating in vacuum harmlessly.
griefgathering (03:57:48): And with that, Yuunagi looks over at the Greatdeus, as well as the other Imperial Valleys before him.
Wyverncakes (03:58:09): Aaaand Jeremy winces
Wyverncakes (03:58:13): So much for that strategy.
Tengusaur (03:58:35): The grenades explode on Greatdeus' surface, causing the giant to slowly turn towards Michael.
Wyverncakes (03:58:41): (Wait. Is the nuke detonated or just stopped?)
Tengusaur (03:58:46): (stopped)
Camiu (03:58:47): Kamille: ... So much for an easy win

Tengusaur (03:58:56): Gloria: "What's this? You call that an explosion?"

Tengusaur (03:59:22): Gloria: "Let me enlighten you about what a real presidential machine can do. Sentence Missiles!"
Alan Bunting (03:59:24): *"Lasers. Of course it's lasers." She drops altitude a bit, but seeing she needs more cover, she sighs. "O guardian soul, appear before me and protect me from harm!" There's a light right next to the turret. "Greatshield, ward thy master!" And there's a short, stocky three-meter-tall super blocking the beams and attempting to physically destroy the turret along the way.+
Tengusaur (04:00:09): Hundreds of arrowhead-shaped rockets emerge from ports all over Greatdeus' sides and back, all of them heading for the Metal Wolf! (react)

griefgathering (04:00:51): Yuunagi: "Lude Gloria...we will stop you." *Reduced to a support unit, the Straybird's weapons combine into the Vulture Cannon again, and fires. Yuunagi is hoping to hit the President, but getting some of those Yandere Gynoids isn't so bad either.+
Tengusaur (04:01:44): Jukai manages to protect herself from the laser with her summoned creature, which proceeds to maul the turret into a pile of scrap metal! The entrance to the building is now open to her!
Aero (04:03:02): *Following behind Michael the Rushbird fires out the Light Blazer but this time it just keeps extending outwards growing to a ridiculous length. "Mr.Presid--.....MICHAEL GET OUT OF THE WAY. "He swings the not!Ideon Sword down at the rockets fired by the Greatdeus, hoping to get rid of as many of them as he could.+
Alan Bunting (04:03:05): Jukai grins. "That's what I'm talking about! Go, go, go!" She crouches down on her board and flies inside; her speed drops with the lack of natural light, but she's still got manuverability to spare. Unless the hallways are, y'know, small. Like most buildings.
VJockey (04:03:38): Michael: *switches out for his Beam gatlings! He blasts the missiles that Ichitaka couldn't get as he leaps aside+ "Sure thing kid!"
Tengusaur (04:04:26): Yuu's cannon hits the Greatdeus, the blast zapping one of the Imperial Valleys on the way, causing it to lose its controls and crash into the giant. But three more are already around him, preparing their beam cannons to fire! (react)
Tengusaur (04:04:34): HL-1: "There you are, Yuu!"
Tengusaur (04:04:39): HL-1: "I'll kill him first!"
Tengusaur (04:04:44): Hl-1: "Don't you there!"
Tengusaur (04:05:32): Thanks to Ichitaka's help, Michael manages to destroy most of the missiles before they hit the target! The rest of them just explode in the air behind him.
Tengusaur (04:06:31): "As expected of White Chalice, you are not terrible at this. But can you keep up?" Another nuke appears behind Lude Gloria and heads towards Earth.
Tengusaur (04:06:38): Gloria: "This one is for Britannia."
Tengusaur (04:06:48): (Ichitaka, Kamille, Bernie)
Aero (04:06:53): Ichitaka: "You have to be kidding me!"
Tengusaur (04:07:17): As for Jukai, she doesn't meet anyone in the corridor. The base is suspiciously empty.
Camiu (04:07:23): Kamille: Tch.
peter kampschroeder (04:07:34): "Where do you keep getting those!" Haruka's got a bit of blood trickling down her forehead, but otherwise is okay. PENGUIN STRONG.
Tengusaur (04:07:38): Suddenly, she hears someone banging at one of the nearby heavy doors from the other side!
Tengusaur (04:07:51): ???: "Who's there? I know what's going out outside! Get me out of here!"
Tengusaur (04:07:55): (Jukai can act too)
Aero (04:08:00): Ichitaka: "We can't even destroy those until we gramps out of the base..."
griefgathering (04:08:24): *Yuunagi would freeze at the words of the those three gynoids, if that didn't mean dying. Since he doesn't have his wings, that means no weapon summoning, no teleporting, hell..not even afterimages. So he decides to try something - launching the two Sparrow Gun rocket anchors at the closest Imperial Valley, then pulling them across to smack them into the third!+
Camiu (04:08:47): Kamille: *Off he goes, but before he hits his stride going the other way, he's firing his beam rifle and Grenades at the two yanderes that chased him earlier.+
Lake of Archers (04:08:52): Bernie: I'll try to stop the nuke! If I can...
Wyverncakes (04:09:21): Jeremy: "So long as we have the one we'll have our trump card. Dispose of it however you want!"
Alan Bunting (04:09:30): *Jukai jumps off her board, grabbing it and tucking it under her free arm, her Greatshield summon running in behind her. "That sure sounds like what I'm looking for. Just a second, I'm going to get you out of there! Please stand back!" After waiting a few seconds (or ideally for verbal confirmation), she instructs her summon to break the door down, considering he's probably been locked in.+
Alan Bunting (04:10:17): While this is going on, Jukai grumbles, "Stupid evil organization kidnapping people and putting them behind locked doors. It's like being home all over again, except they're a little too big for me to deal with alone."
Tengusaur (04:10:52): Yuu's desperate, but innovative tactic works! He pulls the Imperial Valleys into each other, causing one of them to be incinerated by its allies' beams and the rest of them to miss!
Aero (04:11:32): *Deciding to focus on Lude Ichitaka increases the output of the wings again. Having near infinite energy made it easy. "Maser Eye!" Rather than the dinky tiny Maser Eye that usually came out a huge beam is shot out from the forehead right at the Greatdeus.+
Tengusaur (04:11:59): Kamille creates explosions on the surface of one of the Imperial Valleys and finishes off with a beam shot! The other one avoids his projectiles, though, and throws a superheated axe towards him! (react)
Camiu (04:12:34): *Kamille's gonna try and catch the axe by the handle!&
Lake of Archers (04:12:34): "Got it." and Gaza C, MA Mode, flies towards the nuke. When it closes in, it transforms. A beam saber slides out one of the binders and into one hand. "If I can just disengage the rocket." SWIPE!+
Tengusaur (04:13:51): The Maser Eye hits Gloria's gigantic unit, charring its armor where it hit! He counterattacks by making the "diamonds" around its back glow, and then making every single one fire a huge, direction-changing energy blast towards the Rushbird! (react)

Tengusaur (04:14:42): Kamille catches the axe, but by the blade. It cuts into his arm deeply, but he has it now! (react)

Camiu (04:15:44): *AXE GET-! He's grabbing it by the handle and slicing the Imperial Valley with its own weapon.+ This is why throwing your weapon doesn't always work.
Tengusaur (04:16:10): "Yeah, tell me about it. You know how long have I been stuck in here? ...Watch out!" The moment Jukai breaks down the door (behind which an old man in a space suit is standing), suddenly three soldiers in heavy armor appear on the other side of the corridor, and fire rifles at her! One even shoots a grenade from a launcher! (react)
peter kampschroeder (04:16:16): *"Ichi!" Imber transforms into its box-mode and zip zip zips right in front of Rushbird. Haruka shield, go!+
Aero (04:16:49): Ichitaka :"Haruka?" He had forgotten how fast the iDOLs actually were.
Tengusaur (04:17:03): Bernie manages to cut into the nuke in such a way that it doesn't blow up! Did anyone do this before during the One Year War? Nah, couldn't be.
Wyverncakes (04:17:04): Jeremy can only shout out at Haruka and Ichitaka... here he was gonna try to just pull Ichitaka to safety via barrier but goddamn he was still short on power from that coccoon thing he did earlier!
Tengusaur (04:17:25): Suddenly, an Imperial Valley appears in front of Bernie, trying to grab his unit with one hand and slam an axe into it with the other! (react)
Tengusaur (04:17:54): (Jeremy, Haruka, Michael)

Tengusaur (04:18:46): Imber gets hit hard by the incoming beams, but manages to protect Rushbird from them! Still, the super robot is in a bad state now...
Aero (04:19:28): Ichitaka: "Haruka!"
Wyverncakes (04:19:32): * As much as he'd like to help Haruka and Ichitaka though, Jeremy knows he can't make a barrier long enough to reach them. BUT Bernie's much closer, and he's not going to be so preoccupied he doesn't help the person he can! And so that Imperial Valley's gonna just get struck from opposite sides by giant jumbo-fists!+
Tengusaur (04:19:35): Kamille's counterattack with an axe cuts deeply into the Imperial Valley, forcing the unit to jump back to avoid any further damage.
peter kampschroeder (04:19:37): No response...
Aero (04:19:39): Great yet another giant screw up from Ichitaka.
Alan Bunting (04:19:48): * "...! I've been spotted!? This isn't good..." Thankfully she's got her summon covering the old man, but she's going to have to deal with the soldiers. And if they're well-armored, her sword's only going to do so much... but she has a plan! "We're going to be moving, tight and fast! Ready to get out of here?" She shoves her sword into the wall, punches the pommelcap in, and dives behind her Greatshield mook, trusting her shield to soak any damage she's getting hit with, and hoping they don't have visors to protect them from flashbangs.&
peter kampschroeder (04:20:58): But Imber still moves. His eyes flash with light, and he looks back at Ichitaka over his shoulder. There is a short, polite nod.
Wyverncakes (04:21:38): Not that Jeremy's not wincing at what happened to Imber... though at the very least they're alright!
Tengusaur (04:21:47): "I don't want to stay here a second longer. Lead the way, girl!" The old man dives behind the Greatshield as well, whose armor starts to get really badly damaged with all those projectiles going its direction now... (Jukai continue)
Aero (04:22:07): Ichitaka: "Imber..." He just nods in return. While he was really worried about Haruka there were much bigger problems at the moment.
Tengusaur (04:22:28): Enemy List: Imperial Valley*8 [2 damaged], Greatdeus (President Gloria) [light damage]
Wyverncakes (04:23:09): * But without the go-ahead to use the nukes and too far away to deliver any serious barrier-based attacks to the Greatdeus, Jeremy's going to settle on MOAR LENS LASERS on the golden machine, targeting mainly the various limbs!+
peter kampschroeder (04:23:45): *And then he zips off towards an imperial valley, transforming at the last second and unleashing a space-warping right hook!+
Alan Bunting (04:24:07): *Click, click, FLASH. The sword erupts into light, which Jukai looks away from while she gets the man onto her board, jumps on herself, and starts to speed down the hallway before her pursuers are any the wiser! She orders the Greatshield to cover the hallway while she escapes.+ "Sorry this is a little rough, but I don't have a whole lot of options!"
Tengusaur (04:24:11): Jeremy's hit throws the Imperial Valley off-balance, making its aim much worse and causing it not to grab, but it's still going to hit if Bernie doesn't do anything! (Bernie still react)

Tengusaur (04:25:38): Jeremy's lasers leave scorch marks on the gigantic Greatdeus. Remember the missiles it fired not so long ago? Now you're targetted by them too! (react)
Camiu (04:25:39): *The arm might be damaged, but the hand and its finger servos were in perect condition to fire the beam rifle at at the IV trying to hit Bernie!+
Tengusaur (04:26:33): An Imperial Valley simply explodes from the force of impact from Imber's punch! Two more rush at him, firing cannons in mid-charge and readying their axes to strike! (react)

Tengusaur (04:27:17): Seeing Kamille fire his beam rifle into her direction, the HL-1 dodges to avoid getting hit, which means Bernie doesn't get hit either.
Tengusaur (04:27:26): (Ichi can move after his defense, Yuu can move too)
Aero (04:27:29): *One quick warp gets Rushbird in front of Imber instantly, Laplace Wall raised up to absorb the shots from the cannons. +
Tengusaur (04:28:23): "Don't worry about it!" The old man escapes together with Jukai, the guards behind them blinded with the flashing attack!
Tengusaur (04:28:45): They quickly escape the facility, which means everyone else can see them now!
Wyverncakes (04:29:05): * Missiles? Jeremy's got those covered too! "You've been awful quiet for much of this battle, president! Perhaps you overestimated your chances!" The Mk. III points its finger at the missiles, firing tiny barrier "bullets" to intercept and cut them down!+
Camiu (04:29:13): Kamille: They've made it outside, we can do this now!
Tengusaur (04:29:15): Rushbird absorbs the energy shots, but what about the axes? (Imber still react)
Alan Bunting (04:29:15): Jukai: "Rescue operation complete! Let's take care of business so we can blow this taco stand!"
Aero (04:29:23): Ichitaka: "Grandpa!"
Tengusaur (04:29:54): Ichi's and Yuu's Gramps: "Long time no see, Ichitaka, Yuunagi!"
peter kampschroeder (04:29:59): *For that, Imber whirls around and gives the imperial valley a roundhouse kick!+
griefgathering (04:30:10): *It's bad to stay in one place, so the wingless Straybird skims the moon's surface and opens fire with its Crow Submachinegun and Prava Grenades. The target is any nearby Imperial Valley, since he doesn't have the firepower to get through to the Greatdeus.+
griefgathering (04:30:27): Yuunagi: "Gramps! You're alright!"
Aero (04:30:32): Ichitaka: "IT'S BEEN A YEAR."
Tengusaur (04:30:41): Gramps: "As I said, long."
Tengusaur (04:31:37): Gramps: "Am I happy to see you! Watch out, the president is power-mad, not that you couldn't tell by yourselves. He forced me to make the most powerful weapons for him!"
Tengusaur (04:31:51): Gramps: "But they're not as powerful as my gifts for you. You can beat him."
Tengusaur (04:32:18): Imber kicks one of the Valleys into another, sending them both tumbling away.
griefgathering (04:32:40): Yuunagi looks genuinely happy for once. "Of course."
Tengusaur (04:32:48): And Jeremy's anti-missile measure is successful... Mostly. He still gets hit by one or two of them!
Aero (04:32:56): Ichitaka: "If you say it then it has to be true."
Tengusaur (04:33:17): Yuunagi blows up one of the Imperial Valleys. The rest are engaged fighting the rest of the group and cannot return fire at this point. Lucky!
Wyverncakes (04:33:44): The hmmy historian winces a little... but his machine can still fight! And best of all... now Dr. Griffe was secured!

Tengusaur (04:34:52): (Ichi, Michael)
VJockey (04:36:41): Michael: "So we can go all out now? FINALLY!!! HEY! GLORY HOG!" [Michael's pointing at the GreatDeus.] "I'm challenging you to a presidential debate! Here's my opening!!!" *His opening arguement? Multi missile barrage!+
Aero (04:36:48): *Rushbird clenches it's fist and motions towards the Greatdeus to Imber. "Now I can go all out!" Once again he charged his right fist. The fist giving out a nearly blinding amount of energy. Flying down towards the golden machine again. He was ready to slam it right through the Greatdeus.+

peter kampschroeder (04:39:16): *Seeing that the professor is free, Imber…jets away from the fight? No, he's heading to the wreck of the earth-bound missile…and the super robot picks up the warhead in one hand, then turns around and charges full speed towards the Greatdeus. The intent was clear.+
Tengusaur (04:39:57): The Greatdeus is visibly shaken by the missiles exploding all over its body, and the smash causes large cracks to appear in its armor The cracks only get deeper as a nuke explodes over its body, creating a bright glow!
Aero (04:40:54): Ichitaka: "Did we get him?"
Tengusaur (04:40:59): Gloria: "So you can challenge even the power of Greatdeus! Magnificent, I wouldn't have it any other way..."
Aero (04:41:06): Ichitaka: "Tch.."
Wyverncakes (04:41:09): Jeremy: "If not he can't have much fight left in-"

The MS heads for one of the nukes, supoosedly for Zeon. Bernie deploys both beam sabers and attacks the nuke like before. As for the missles, they head for Gloria+

Alan Bunting (05:03:51): For one heart-stopping moment, Jukai thinks she's missed, and the world is lost. But her luck shines through this time. "Ohhhhh... I thought it was all over..." She then realizes Michael is about to blow them all up, and starts flying again. Thankfully, constructs are expendable.

The Advent just thrusts out its hand, generating a solar lense in front of it... which immediately condenses the light passing through into a searing beam to slice through the machine!+
griefgathering (03:54:58): Yuunagi: *A barrage of cover fire from the Straybird might help you with that, Jukai! There's only two weapons the black machine can use now, but Yuunagi will do whatever he can.+
Tengusaur (03:55:14): Imber smashes into the two Imperial Valleys, causing them to shake from the sheer force of the impact - one of them explodes, while the other one is thrown away! But the attack is not without its cost, and an axe cuts into Imber, throwing Haruka around in the robot!
griefgathering (03:55:23): Yuunagi: "I can't do much like this, but I can give you cover at least. Let me know if you find him!"
Alan Bunting (03:56:03): Jukai nods. "Okay. I'll call if I find him. Thanks for the cover!" And she zips closer, dodging for everything she's worth. This is important...!
Tengusaur (03:56:45): Jukai, covered by Yuu's fire, manages to reach the buildings of the base and almost enter them! But wait... An automated turret emerges from the floor right next to the entrance and fires its beam machinegun at her! (react)

There's a light right next to the turret. "Greatshield, ward thy master!" And there's a short, stocky three-meter-tall super blocking the beams and attempting to physically destroy the turret along the way.+

Tengusaur (04:01:44): Jukai manages to protect herself from the laser with her summoned creature, which proceeds to maul the turret into a pile of scrap metal! The entrance to the building is now open to her!
Aero (04:03:02): *Following behind Michael the Rushbird fires out the Light Blazer but this time it just keeps extending outwards growing to a ridiculous length. "Mr.Presid--.....MICHAEL GET OUT OF THE WAY. "He swings the not!Ideon Sword down at the rockets fired by the Greatdeus, hoping to get rid of as many of them as he could.+
Alan Bunting (04:03:05): Jukai grins. "That's what I'm talking about! Go, go, go!" She crouches down on her board and flies inside; her speed drops with the lack of natural light, but she's still got manuverability to spare. Unless the hallways are, y'know, small. Like most buildings.
VJockey (04:03:38): Michael: *switches out for his Beam gatlings! He blasts the missiles that Ichitaka couldn't get as he leaps aside+ "Sure thing kid!"
Tengusaur (04:04:26): Yuu's cannon hits the Greatdeus, the blast zapping one of the Imperial Valleys on the way, causing it to lose its controls and crash into the giant. But three more are already around him, preparing their beam cannons to fire! (react)

griefgathering (04:08:24): *Yuunagi would freeze at the words of the those three gynoids, if that didn't mean dying. Since he doesn't have his wings, that means no weapon summoning, no teleporting, hell..not even afterimages. So he decides to try something - launching the two Sparrow Gun rocket anchors at the closest Imperial Valley, then pulling them across to smack them into the third!+
Camiu (04:08:47): Kamille: *Off he goes, but before he hits his stride going the other way, he's firing his beam rifle and Grenades at the two yanderes that chased him earlier.+

Alan Bunting (04:09:30): *Jukai jumps off her board, grabbing it and tucking it under her free arm, her Greatshield summon running in behind her. "That sure sounds like what I'm looking for. Just a second, I'm going to get you out of there! Please stand back!" After waiting a few seconds (or ideally for verbal confirmation), she instructs her summon to break the door down, considering he's probably been locked in.+
Alan Bunting (04:10:17): While this is going on, Jukai grumbles, "Stupid evil organization kidnapping people and putting them behind locked doors. It's like being home all over again, except they're a little too big for me to deal with alone."
Tengusaur (04:10:52): Yuu's desperate, but innovative tactic works! He pulls the Imperial Valleys into each other, causing one of them to be incinerated by its allies' beams and the rest of them to miss!
Aero (04:11:32): *Deciding to focus on Lude Ichitaka increases the output of the wings again. Having near infinite energy made it easy. "Maser Eye!" Rather than the dinky tiny Maser Eye that usually came out a huge beam is shot out from the forehead right at the Greatdeus.+
Tengusaur (04:11:59): Kamille creates explosions on the surface of one of the Imperial Valleys and finishes off with a beam shot! The other one avoids his projectiles, though, and throws a superheated axe towards him! (react)

Lake of Archers (04:12:34): "Got it." and Gaza C, MA Mode, flies towards the nuke. When it closes in, it transforms. A beam saber slides out one of the binders and into one hand. "If I can just disengage the rocket." SWIPE!+
Tengusaur (04:13:51): The Maser Eye hits Gloria's gigantic unit, charring its armor where it hit! He counterattacks by making the "diamonds" around its back glow, and then making every single one fire a huge, direction-changing energy blast towards the Rushbird! (react)

Tengusaur (04:19:35): Kamille's counterattack with an axe cuts deeply into the Imperial Valley, forcing the unit to jump back to avoid any further damage.

Alan Bunting (04:19:48): * "...! I've been spotted!? This isn't good..." Thankfully she's got her summon covering the old man, but she's going to have to deal with the soldiers. And if they're well-armored, her sword's only going to do so much... but she has a plan! "We're going to be moving, tight and fast! Ready to get out of here?" She shoves her sword into the wall, punches the pommelcap in, and dives behind her Greatshield mook, trusting her shield to soak any damage she's getting hit with, and hoping they don't have visors to protect them from flashbangs.&
peter kampschroeder (04:20:58): But Imber still moves. His eyes flash with light, and he looks back at Ichitaka over his shoulder. There is a short, polite nod.
Wyverncakes (04:21:38): Not that Jeremy's not wincing at what happened to Imber... though at the very least they're alright!
Tengusaur (04:21:47): "I don't want to stay here a second longer. Lead the way, girl!" The old man dives behind the Greatshield as well, whose armor starts to get really badly damaged with all those projectiles going its direction now... (Jukai continue)
Aero (04:22:07): Ichitaka: "Imber..." He just nods in return. While he was really worried about Haruka there were much bigger problems at the moment.

Wyverncakes (04:23:09): * But without the go-ahead to use the nukes and too far away to deliver any serious barrier-based attacks to the Greatdeus, Jeremy's going to settle on MOAR LENS LASERS on the golden machine, targeting mainly the various limbs!+
peter kampschroeder (04:23:45): *And then he zips off towards an imperial valley, transforming at the last second and unleashing a space-warping right hook!+
Alan Bunting (04:24:07): *Click, click, FLASH. The sword erupts into light, which Jukai looks away from while she gets the man onto her board, jumps on herself, and starts to speed down the hallway before her pursuers are any the wiser! She orders the Greatshield to cover the hallway while she escapes.+ "Sorry this is a little rough, but I don't have a whole lot of options!"
Tengusaur (04:24:11): Jeremy's hit throws the Imperial Valley off-balance, making its aim much worse and causing it not to grab, but it's still going to hit if Bernie doesn't do anything! (Bernie still react)

Tengusaur (04:33:17): Yuunagi blows up one of the Imperial Valleys. The rest are engaged fighting the rest of the group and cannot return fire at this point. Lucky!

Tengusaur (04:39:57): The Greatdeus is visibly shaken by the missiles exploding all over its body, and the smash causes large cracks to appear in its armor The cracks only get deeper as a nuke explodes over its body, creating a bright glow!

Tengusaur (04:55:59): As Michael charges into the air, suddenly ALL THE IMPERIAL VALLEYS are in his way, to block him from reaching the nuke! (react)
Camiu (04:56:05): *Biosensor is active once more, and Kamille's using it to swing at the nuke closest to him with the Hyper Beam Saber, before turning around firing a huge laser at the farthest one with his beam rifle, making sure to keep his newly acquired axe at his side.

Tengusaur (04:57:55): Undisturbed by any enemies, Kamille cuts through one of the nukes, disabling it. But the farthest one is pretty far away already, and them beam shot only rocks it, without disabling or destroying it completely!
griefgathering (04:58:19): Yuunagi: "...Vulture Cannon! Fire!" *Once again, that giant red beam is let loose, but Yuunagi's action this time strains the Straybird, as he drags that beam across the horizon to strike as many Imperial Valleys (and possibly even missiles) as possible. If anything, it might serve as a good distraction!+
Alan Bunting (04:58:22): *Jukai panics. "Thunderclap, strike down!" There's a sudden flash as a small, wiry unit appears next to her, its arm cannon charging before firing on a course for a nuke, ideally one everyone else isn't getting.+
peter kampschroeder (04:58:27): And Imber responds, the two robots crossing their arms in a universally recognized pose of MANLY SPIRIT. Of course, there's work to do, so Imber then transforms and jets off after the Asian nuke.+
Lake of Archers (04:58:28): Bernie clenches his teeth. Will he make it out alive?! "Uwaaah!" Gaza D opens its binders and unleashes a bunch of missles from their pods. The MS heads for one of the nukes, supoosedly for Zeon. Bernie deploys both beam sabers and attacks the nuke like before. As for the missles, they head for Gloria+
Tengusaur (04:59:27): Yuu's beam destroys the four damaged Imperial Valleys, causing the rest of them to scatter and fire their own beams back at him! (react)

Tengusaur (05:00:17): Michael's punch throws one of them away, letting only two fire at Yuu! And now the president has reached the nuke, and can grab it! (continue)
Tengusaur (05:00:45): Bernie cuts into the nuke, but the explosion throws his Gaza away, towards the rocky surface of the Moon!
Tengusaur (05:01:03): Imber reaches the other nuke! But what to do with it?
griefgathering (05:01:22): *The only thing Yuunagi can do is try to get those beams to graze. He zips to one side, then the other, as fast as he can manage without the wings!+

Wyverncakes (05:01:46): * Fortunately all he needs is the warhead! The wrecked Advent drifts over to the missile Bernie disabled, tearing off the part before generating a barrier hand to hold it with! "And thus he throws it straight at the Greatdeus to contribute to the behemoth's destruction!"+
Tengusaur (05:02:07): Jukai's shot grazes the final nuclear missile. Did the construct miss the target?
VJockey (05:02:13): Michael: *its a struggle but he's managed to dig the wolf's hand onto the Nuke and is now forcefully turning it back to the GreatDeus! What does he do? He's now RIDING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MISSILE AS HE RUSHES TOWARDS THE OTHER PRESIDENTIAL MACHINE!+ "SUCK! ON MY! MISSILE PUNCH!!" [Yeeeah. He's going to do what you think he's about to do. EVERYONE TAKE COVER!!!!]
Tengusaur (05:02:29): No! Suddenly the missile's course changes and it blows up in mid-air! Well, mid-vacuum.
Tengusaur (05:03:10): HL-1: "Why do you resist, Yuu!"
Tengusaur (05:03:25): HL-1: "Show what you really feel already!"
Tengusaur (05:03:41): Despite their creepy talk, Yuu manages to dodge both of the beam blasts - he's only grazed by them.
Alan Bunting (05:03:51): For one heart-stopping moment, Jukai thinks she's missed, and the world is lost. But her luck shines through this time. "Ohhhhh... I thought it was all over..." She then realizes Michael is about to blow them all up, and starts flying again. Thankfully, constructs are expendable.
griefgathering (05:05:23): Yuunagi: "Gh... I'd keep one of you alive...if only to find out who programmed you lot..."
griefgathering (05:05:34): Well, he has some idea...
Alan Bunting (05:06:08): Jukai: "Sheesh, those guys are persistent. Hope I never have someone like that for me."
Tengusaur (05:06:10): Grandpa: "As a matter of fact, I did."
peter kampschroeder (05:06:55): *Only one thing to do, of course: Wrestling! Imber grapples the nuke, and turns it around to fling right back at the GreatDeus!+

Tengusaur (05:08:24): Seeing three nukes heading towards the Greatdeus, the Imperial Valleys go after them, trying to catch the missiles!
Tengusaur (05:08:40): But all they accomplish is that they're caught in the blindingly-bright, huge explosions as well!
Tengusaur (05:09:03): Oh yeah, and one of the nukes is ridden by Michael. Because that's the way he rolls.

Aero (05:09:27): And as they do...the Rushbird after having the MANLY SPIRIT moment with Imber is...gone. Wait where did he go?
Tengusaur (05:09:28): Gloria: "N, no! This cannot be! My dream, my dream of power...!"
Wyverncakes (05:10:04): Jeremy: "Sounds like you need one last history lesson, Gloria!"

Tengusaur (05:10:56): (Michael presumably jumps off the nuke after he punches Gloria with it?)
Tengusaur (05:11:22): The glow, and ridiculously huge cloud of dust after the explosion, slowly disappear...

Tengusaur (05:11:45): To reveal a ruined Greatdeus, filled with holes, with energy crawling over it.
Tengusaur (05:11:49): But it's still standing.
Tengusaur (05:11:57): Gloria: "My dream of power... Is still not over."
Aero (05:12:08): Ichitaka: "I'll end it then."
Tengusaur (05:12:22): The jaws of the robotic dragon slowly open, energy gathering between them again!
VJockey (05:12:31): Michael: [Is gonna slam into the ground after that daring manuever... he's really pushing it here as he glares up at the GreatDeus.] "Finish it off kid."
Tengusaur (05:12:34): Gloria: "I'd like to see it!"

Camiu (05:13:02): Kamille: Kind of hard to see when you're dead.
Aero (05:13:46): When all of the explosions finally clear Rushbird reveals itself the Laplace Wall up as well. Ichitaka had just been teleporting inside ALL of the nuclear explosions absorbing every single bit of energy. The machine can barely even contain all of the energy.
Aero (05:14:47): Ichitaka: "Kind of hard to show myself when I'm busy teleporting into giant explosions Kamille."
Aero (05:15:40): *The Rushbird charges straight at the Greatdeus, not caring about the Liberation Cannon that was charging up now. &+
Lake of Archers (05:15:59): Bernie: Wait!? Is he...?!
Camiu (05:16:24): Kamille: ... This is gonna be good. *RECORDING EVERY FUCKING SECOND+
Tengusaur (05:16:33): Gloria: "What are you trying to accomplish here? Dumb kid! Liberation Cannon!"
Tengusaur (05:16:47): He gets ready to fire it at point blank, straight at Rushbird! (react/continue)

Aero (05:17:46): Ichitaka: "What else I'm going to defeat you in one move!"
griefgathering (05:19:00): Yuunagi looks on in approval. "End it, Ichitaka!"
Aero (05:20:41): *Not even calling it the Laplace Wall raises itself as he charges right into the Greatdeus. All Lude was doing here was powering him up further. "DIMENSION NOVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Once he was in point blank range he released ALL of the energy at once in one tower that extended out in mere seconds. It's so ridiculous the energy shoots straight up and it doesn't look like it's going to end any time soon! +
Tengusaur (05:21:41): The Greatdeus is engulfed in the giant energy column!
Tengusaur (05:21:56): President Gloria: "So this is... How it ends..."
Tengusaur (05:22:13): President Gloria: "You are the strongest after all, White Cha-"
Tengusaur (05:22:20): He's interrupted by a massive explosion!
Tengusaur (05:22:33): And when it dissipates, the giant robot is not there anymore!
Tengusaur (05:22:39): Good riddance, that thing was tough.
Tengusaur (05:22:57): But then, suddenly, the whole base starts to shake!
Camiu (05:23:15): Kamille: And the camera didn't short out? HOT DAMN!
Tengusaur (05:23:31): Gramps: "Oh yeah, I should've told you earlier! The whole base is rigged to self-destruct when the Greatdeus is gone!"
Aero (05:23:38): Ichitaka: "WHAT!?"
Tengusaur (05:23:53): Gramps: "We should get out of here quickly."
Alan Bunting (05:23:58): JukaI: "That would have been really nice to know when I picked you up! We could have been running!"
Wyverncakes (05:24:03): Jeremy: "Indeed we should!"
Tengusaur (05:24:15): Dan: "Wait! I detect a small gravity anomaly nearby..."
Wyverncakes (05:24:19): "But... regretfully I require assistance!"
Tengusaur (05:24:42): Dan: "No, it doesn't matter, it's probably nothing important! Could you teleport us back to Earth the same way we arrived here?"
Aero (05:25:02): Ichitaka: "Yeah just give me a moment."
Aero (05:25:47): Moments later the Rushbird engulfs the group in the aura again before teleporting everyone back to Earth....exactly where they were before.
Tengusaur (05:26:26): The base blows up right behind your feet! Fortunately, before the explosion can reach you, you're back on Earth as if nothing mattered.
Tengusaur (05:26:34): The dome above White Chalice's deck opens again.
Tengusaur (05:26:42): Although there are two differences...
Tengusaur (05:26:52): One, your robots are much more banged up now.
Tengusaur (05:27:01): Two, Ichitaka's and Yuunagi's grandpa is with you.
Tengusaur (05:27:38): You finally rescued him!
Tengusaur (05:27:50): Oh, and the threat of GreAT is over too. Can't forget that one.
Aero (05:28:00): Ichitaka is going to get out of the Rushbird to hug the old man. It only took him one year.
Tengusaur (05:28:11): And Yuu is no longer stalked by a robotic yandere. That probably counts for something, too.
griefgathering (05:28:21): It counts for a lot.
peter kampschroeder (05:28:22): Imber watches…then goes and sits down in the Hangar. It's been a rough day.
griefgathering (05:28:27): But yes, gramps comes first.
Tengusaur (05:28:49): "I missed you. Both of you." Grandpa Graife finally has the opportunity to hug his grandsons and by god, he's going to use it.
Camiu (05:28:57): Kamille smiles at the touching reunion (As well as brownie points he earned stopping a nuke from hitting Axis and getting a bitching Ax out of the whole deal.)
Wyverncakes (05:28:58): Jeremy's gonna just find some place where his Advent can land and get out. The thing's done its job. Just barely, but it did its job.
Aero (05:29:49): Ichitaka then remembers Imber...and by extension Haruka.
Aero (05:29:51): "AH"
Alan Bunting (05:30:55): Excitement over, Jukai's Sunbeam fizzles and disappears a foot above the ground, dumping her off, where she falls on her face; it's a moment before she pulls herself up to rest on her knees. "That was rough... I'm glad we made it out."
Aero (05:31:03): "Sorry Gramps I need to check up on someone real quickly."
VJockey (05:31:07): Michael's going to find a place to fall over. He's exhausted.
Aero (05:31:22): And he rushes over to Imber and climbs up to the cockpit to check on Haruka.
peter kampschroeder (05:32:04): She's inside, and seems to just be waking up. "…Uh…Ichitaka? what happened?"
Lake of Archers (05:32:47): On the deck, Bernie climbs out his Gaza D. He sighs with relief; he just made it out of a nuke and laser fest somehow, "Guess we don't have to worry about that anymore."
Lake of Archers (05:33:04): Bernie: "or Yuu girls."
Aero (05:33:22): Ichitaka just smiles. "We won, come on you need to meet my grandpa." He extends a hand to help her up.
Camiu (05:33:51): Kamille: *Smirks* Come on, Bernie, time to look good for the boss-people, no?
peter kampschroeder (05:34:39): Haruka smiles and takes his hand. "That's…that's good."
Tengusaur (05:34:51): MISSION COMPLETE
