Do not like something that happened in the game? Other player is being a troublemaker? Believe the mods handled some situation poorly? Do you have constructive criticism for the game in general? This is the post where you can write all your criticism, input, and concerns - it will be read and, if you so desire, mods will contact and talk the issues over as soon as possible.
Anonymous commenting is available, and all comments are screened. If you want the mods to contact you, make sure to leave behind some contact info if your comment is an anon one.
Players can have their own HMD posts, specific only to that particular player, or even just a single character. Player HMDs are not mandatory, but having one is encouraged.
