"Thissa way, ya damm hunka metal!" she calls out to it's pilot, screwing with their head, turning attention on her while leaving Dozer and Mongrel to open fire with thier double-barrled machine guns to cover her daring, sliding excape from underneath!+

tengusaur (00:28:33): Cora ducks under cover, save from the incoming fire thanks to the obscuring smoke. And then the explosive charge flies straight at the attacking KMF, sticking to it and blowing it the hell up, also wrecking the already-damaged one right next to it!
kamikasei (00:28:45): *She darts toward the nearest Sutherland, blade forming mid-flight, aiming to take its legs off at the knees in passing on the way to the hostages. Someone needs to get them into some kind of cover - and head off any attempt by the terrorists to harm them during the fight!+

tengusaur (00:30:29): The Sutherland's strike just smashes the ground! It turns around, trying to follow Joanne, which gives her allies an opportunity to turn it into a smoking ruin!

Aero (00:31:20): * "Got it Athena, Al lets go." The Necronomicon nods and Kurou transforms into his Magius Form. "MIRROR OF NITOCRIS." A swarm of illusions is formed by Kurou all of them charging both the Sutherlands and the Realdos. +
tengusaur (00:31:30): Laura's blade cuts through the legs of a KMF, making it collapse to the floor and drop its gun! This one is mostly useless now... But at the same time two tanks aim at her and fire their guns, trying to catch her in the crossfire! (react)

Aero (00:36:19): *Of course they do, once they're shot at the ones hit all immediately shatter into dozens of very large mirror shards. All of them are directed into the heads of the various machines, to try to take out the cameras of course. +

Wyverncakes (00:36:45): Lynn's too busy running towards the VeHA though, Cora! "It's actually... the preservation systems kept it intact! And in working order!"

Wyverncakes (00:37:23): And without much thought or plans or much of anything the woman scrambles inside of the machine as its blue eye/camera lights up!
aldo salt (00:37:24): "LYNN IDRIS! The terrorist of the Icarus Bombing!" Isaac declares. "The Bird of Prey returns to her nest of ignomy!"
VJockey (00:37:27): "Fucked if I care. The bitch dies!"
kamikasei (00:37:27): *Laura burns Sophium, just enough to speed her reflexes from the moment she sees the tanks preparing to fire - which lets her process the arrival of the VeHA more quickly than the tank crews do, and focus on the one that's still a threat, bringing her blade up to cut the incoming shell in half before it reaches her!+
Wyverncakes (00:37:37): "R! Are you uploaded into the- good! Good!"
tengusaur (00:37:47): The mirror shards fly towards several of the mecha, taking out their main cameras! Some of them are blinded now!
Wyverncakes (00:38:02): And then her voice booms through the machine to the hostages!
Overman Zappa (00:38:15): Sleuth: "Oi! Erza! I... Worry about the hostages! I mean... three of us 'ere can't 'old the line forever!
Wyverncakes (00:38:31): "The doors are open! There's an escape route a few hundred meters behind the battle! I'll... I'll cover for you all!"
tengusaur (00:38:49): The tank shell is cut into two halves, both of which explode harmlessly away from Laura.
peter kampschroeder (00:39:37): *That's the most warning everyone gets. And while Alice is sure this is a very dramatic moment for you all, she has other concerns. A white plane comes racing down the lab's hallways, before transforming into a mobile suit and slicing down at a realdo with its beam saber. Then comes the accompanying sonic boom.+
Overman Zappa (00:39:53): Hey, she's TRYING to kee Momma Bear from going off on a blind rage. Just not trying very hard.
tengusaur (00:41:29): The Realdo, not expecting something like that to happen in an enclosed room, is simply cut in two by the beam blade and explodes! Another one, the only one that's not blinded or occupied, fires several rounds from its linear rifle at the Zeta Plus. (react)
Meraxa . (00:41:37): Richard: This is Paragon. I'm gonna try and get through! *Richard tries to avoid focusing on too much of the chaos, LOUD as some of it gets, instead hoping his allies will keep things distracted whilst he tries to drive past. Still, gotta be wary of things...+

aldo salt (00:42:10): Isaac spots the trail of glowing Sophium particles. "…A Shifter! And the Icarus Bomber! And…what these strange other mechs are!" Then the Realdo explodes below him. "Gah!!!"
Wyverncakes (00:42:21): R: Lynn. We just have a knife and handgun with this machine.

tengusaur (00:42:58): At this point, seeing an obviously allied vehicle going in their way and reinforced by Lynn's words, the hostages start to gather up and escape!
aldo salt (00:43:08): "Worry not, Commander! I shall retrieve the noble hostages first!" Pause. "I shall retrieve the hostages first!"
tengusaur (00:43:13): But they still try to remain away from the battle, obviously...
peter kampschroeder (00:43:21): *The Zeta drifts like a boss, dodging to the side and coming into a crouch near Caulder. "Caulder, you can open your eyes. I brought you something."+

Aero (00:43:25): Kurou: "You say that yet you haven't tried to save them at all.."
aldo salt (00:43:38): "Scythe! Provide fire support for the hostages!" Isaac orders.
Mister Giggles (00:43:46): Caulder is spared from having his eardrums shattered by covering his ears. He looks up to see the Zeta, and he climbs up into its hand. "T-Thank you, Allie!" Yes, this is much safer.
Wyverncakes (00:43:50): * And then the VeHA charges a Sutherland... with fluidity more like that of a human being than someone just trying to pilot a machine! It pulls from a hip storage pod a single knife, which it then swings down at the KMF's cockpit as its other hand lashes out to grab the machine's head!+
aldo salt (00:44:11): "I know! I know! Stopping interrupting! I'm on it!" Scythe barks over the comm channel.

tengusaur (00:45:41): The Zeta Plus is scratched by one of the cockpits during the dodging maneuvers, but is mostly fine.

aldo salt (00:46:57): "Only once?" Enjoy some pouting that you can sense even through the Dullahan helmet.
VJockey (00:47:22): "You were sword fighting a Mobile Suit!"
peter kampschroeder (00:47:35): "New unit…the one with two pilots. Identify yourself, please."
tengusaur (00:47:46): And an electromagnetic blast flies from within there as well, making that characteristic sound KMF energy weapons do!
aldo salt (00:47:49): "He was using a blade first!!!" Isaac shouts back!
Aero (00:47:56): Kurou: "I don't want to tell them we do that normally..."

The blast is a lot to defend, but she's hoping to deflect and reflect most of it rather than just take it square on...+
aldo salt (00:50:22): "No!" *Isaac leaps in front of the incoming electromagnetic blast and attempts to block it…with the mass of his rifle!"+

tengusaur (00:53:48): Laura's shield manages to reflect most of the blast away, and make it hit a wall instead. The rest of it is blocked straight on with Isaac's body, causing damage to his power suit.
