Sorry this took so long, there's been a lot of stuff going on for me. (Also, she doesn't even have the mech for very long, and is usually taken out first in the battles she does have it in, so it's hard to get a feel for the details other than "whee, blow things up with lots of missiles!" Gun Sniper is so much cooler.)
Rinon [initially] pilots the Dibison, which is a high-performance Bison-type Zoid (said to have the power of 3 Zoids). The Zoid itself has a height of 10.8m, a length of 20.6m, a weight of 230 tons, and a maximum speed of 130km/h. In other words, it's big, it's bulky, it's heavy, and it's not the fastest mech out there (although it's decent in a charge). Of course, its strength is also long-ranged artillery, so it doesn't have to be fast.
The Dibison does have a few close-range weapons, in its Crusher Horn and Crusher Metal Spike Hooves, which can be used to penetrate the armor of or trample an enemy mech, as well as thick and heavy enough armor to handle both melee or ranged attacks. However, it's strength is in its long-distance weaponry, which Rinon uses to its utmost capacity.
Most obviously is the 105mm 17-shot Megalo Max Assault Cannons, mounted directly to the back of the Zoid. Accompanying these are a pair of 8-shot Missile Pods, and a pair of 35mm Anti-Ground canons. Finally, it is also equipped with an AZ 3-Barreled Shock Cannon, and a Pulse Beam Gun. These are Rinon's preferred weaponry, though she tends to lock on and shoot her big cannons early, leaving her open if the fight is drawn out. She is not a bad pilot, though her main tactic is to cause as much destruction as she can, rather than precision (hence why she uses so many cannons and missiles), and the best strategy to use her in is to trick her into doing what you want her to, because she generally does what she wants.
Of note, however, is that the Dibison can accommodate two crew members, allowing an additional pilot or non-combatant to accompany Rinon. Furthermore, it is also equipped with a GPS 3D Radar Antenna, which is integrated into it's sensory system, allowing it to detect enemies at a long range. A Commander or other tactical non-combatant could easily use this system to better monitor the battle situation, while being protected inside the heavily armored mech.
The Dibison, being quite obviously situated for ground battle, has no space, air, or sea fighting abilities. It's ground ranking would likely be a high B or a low A. It lacks agility, but its armor and sensor capabilities still make it a highly useful machine.
[[The "Leena Special" is actually additional weaponry for the Gun Sniper (see icon), her replacement machine when the Dibison is totalled beyond repair]]
