Roads Blackwell || Cross-Canon Upgrade || The Book of Eibon

Name: Zweilicht MkIII or Götterdämmerung or Zwielicht I Was Spelling It Wrong The Whole Time (to be determined later)
Description: Continuing his trend of keeping the Zweilicht's base frame more or less the same but drastically improving its magical systems, Roads forms his contract with Eibon and gets to work making the Zweilicht even more dangerous. As for Eibon...Well, Roads has gone up against Anticross and injured them, so he's kind of okay. Kind of.

Anyways, the end result is an imitation Deus Machina, much like Demonbane-but very different. The Zweilicht's not made from the same ludicrously expensive superscience materials, it's much smaller, and Roads is no master sorcerer. It's still dangerous.

Roads gets three major improvements to work with from this upgrade. First, Eibon means he doesn't have to worry about that plot-limited battery anymore, and is instead limited by how much energy he can draw out at once. His dash moves are no quicker, but he can do them a lot more often now.

His shield spell is replaced with Eibon's access to the Elder Sign, making it more powerful. How much more is hard to say from Demonbane stuff alone, but previously Roads's shield wasn't very useful against normal weapons, while the Elder Sign seems to be able to ignore standard missiles and laser beams. Given that we're up against Anticross now though, it's still gonna get overpowered a lot. Should help reduce damage, though.

Roads can now store his weapons extradimensionally and call upon them when needed, provided he's got Eibon around. This isn't like the Gate of Babylon or anything-if the gun breaks, he still has to fix it before it can be used again. This is mostly useful because the Zweilicht doesn't have to carry around all its weapons all the time now, so some weapons that weren't worth carrying before (the triple pile bunker shield, for instance) are now worth it, and the Zweilicht gets to be a little bit faster than it was when carrying all its stuff before.

Finally, he'll be adding a bayonet to his railgun/sniper rifle. It seems appropriate, given that it's been used as a spear twice now. This is the part of the overhaul that isn't magic.

Roads gains no on-foot combat or spellcasting ability. Eibon can now use a bit more power when out and about on her own, though she's still no match for a dedicated on-foot combatant.

Compared to true Deus Machina, Zweilicht The Third is smaller, less tough, but extremely fast-maybe not Byhakee fast, definitely not Ambrose fast, but fast. Its weapons are not as powerful, but they are enough to be a threat.
