Often difficult to obtain/manufacture due to prohibitive costs usually only Ravens with money to burn and lots of connections can get one, and its weight and bulk can make it somewhat difficult to utilize to the point few Non-heavy ACs use it. It bears mentioning though that for all its flaws, it is a highly devastating energy weapon - capable of mauling armor with ease and accuracy and is still regarded as one of the best weapons developed by the Layered Corporations.
MOONLIGHT - Another one of the most iconic weapons developed by the corporations. The Moonlight is essentially the most powerful Melee Range energy weapon in corporation territory, highly intense with impressive range. It unfortunately is also one of the larger blades that cannot be stored in an AC's Weapon Hangar (holster) unit. One of only two blades that have this setback. As AC blades are mounted on the mecha's forearms this may restrict usage of certain weapons.
