Mission 036: Clash at Fairy Park! The Greatest of Hunters; the Weakest of PreDESUS! (part 2)

[Eri and Hana] The tact swings up,crashing into the blade. The force Kumojack swings it at... it's still too much though! The blade slams right into Cure Erika's frame, and inside the cockpit dozens of alarms being to sound loudly! But its hand still moves, just as Cure Tsubomi's does as well! Before Kumojack can mock the PreDESU's, the machine is engulfed in light, and blown away!

Eri cried out in pain as she forced her arm to move. "Not yet, not this early...!" COFFRET appeared. "Damage is critial to the main parts desu! At this point it's in trouble, desu!"

"I...!" Hana yelped as Kumojack's machine goes up. As she recovers, she notices Eri in trouble! "ERI! Eri, are you okay?!"

[Forte] The giant card is... well, surprisingly sharp, and for a dying act it could be a hell of a lot worse! It cuts into the Happy Trigger's side, shearing through the leftmost quarter of the machine lengthwise, ripping out any engines or guns that happened to be located there. The craft sputters... it can still fly but it's still damaged, and badly!

"I'll be fine! Something like this... won't make me lose so EASILY!" roared Eri, grabbing her tact and holding her side, panting.

Meanwhile, not that you can see her inside her machine, but Sasodina is looking rather... well, furious at you all.

"Everyone's counting on us... to protect Fairy Park... all of us, my mom and dad... yours too... Momo-nee... your grandmother... something like this isn't going to stop us, right, Hana?"

And suddenly the machine crackles with energy! "You'll PAY for tha... ALL OF YOU!"

Poor Hana's heart was being torn apart by this. The place she just started working at was being demolished, her best friend was injured by the fight and the people helping as caught in the crossfire. "R... Right. We'll keep going. We'll... we'll protect everyone."

The machine snaps its fingers, with suddenly the wrecked machines of Kobra and Kumojack materializing next to it before it suddenly thrusts its hand up into the air, with suddenly numerous more of those little foot soldiers raining down, blowing up everywhere they can!

Samus, on her end, is dodging furiously while making a zigzagging beeline for Ridley before he can take flight. Her shields crackle at the shrapnel - energy levels are starting to not look so hot!

[Everyone] With Sasodina's creations so small and numerous, even as you blow away hundreds, still hundreds more blow up more and more of the amusement park, and all the while Sasodina is laughing. "Yes... that's
right! The Rainbow Jewel belongs to our master now... not here! If we can't have it... WE'LL DESTROY EVERYTHING! ISN'T THAT RIGHT, KOBRA? ISN'T THAT RIGHT, KUMO!?!"
[Everyone cont.] Milfie, taking one for Forte has caused more than a few of the grunts to blow up over the
length of the Lucky Star, and in a few places the armor's been blown away, but you're still in fighting condition!

"We... beat her friends." Eri was reluctant to say killed. Cause who knew if they still lived.

*"Okay!" Now that she's taken care of guarding Forte, Milfie starts to shoot all her lasers at Ridley and company, moving forward. "Why do you people always destroy every place we go to have fun? It's not my fault, is it?"+

[Samus] Ridley's got a few more sarcastic comments regarding comparing what that woman just did to Fairy
Park to K-2L, had Samus not been moving in for the kill he would have LOVED to bring up. But unforunately with how she was, Ridley was too busy barely managing to yank her cannon arm away from his mouth, the
Super Missile instead blasting into his belly and blowing apart his body. And fuck if he was going to give her even that without paying a price! Ridley's two hands grab you, Samus, and with monstrous strength
he pulls you head-first into his mouth before biting down, furiously!

[Milfie] With Ridley currently locked in mortal combat with his nemesis, the remaining three Space Pirates instead jump in the course of the shots meant for him, being blown away one by one. "Master Ridley...!" "Fall back! We don't even know what this place is...!" "G-GGAAAAAH!"

*Samus can't really do much more in this situation than atch as the mouth descends... or so it seems. Because suddenly she turns into a small ball, and Ridley can't help but gulp her accidentally... which is Samus's chance, as she sets several bombs inside his mouth while holding to her shields on sheer willpower!+

[Samus] Ridley almost realizes what's happened before it's too late... and suddenly he feels those painful explosions let loose inside him! The dragon cries out, mouth open wide and an explosion blasting out of it, the Morph Ball following afterwards. It's cracked and there's parts of it falling off... God knows how messed up your armor is Samus, but Ridley paid dearly for that as he falls to his knees, coughing up blood and acid. ... And then, remembing the words of the brave men who died so he might live, Ridley suddenly springs backwards, flapping his wings before he takes to the sky. No treasure is worth these losses!
Which just leaves...

[Eri] Sasodina! And while everyone was busy with Ridley, oh you better believe she was springing into action! The machine teleports in front of Cure Erika before grabbing it. "Let's see... how YOUR friend deals when YOU die!" And suddenly, another of those grunts materializes.

Samus unfolds, the visor of the armor cracked and the Varia shoulderpads beeping a warning that that environmental resistance system is all kinds of fucked up after overtaxing itself to take Ridley's plasma saliva - but alive. She looks upwards, knowing that she's never going to make enough shots on him to take him out before he's out of range. There's a roar of frustration in the comm channel before she turns back at the remaining enemy...

[Hana and Eri] The two PreDESU machines let loose an amazing amount of energy, channeling through each and easily blowing away the surprise suicide bomber before Sasodina takes the release of energy as well. The
goo-like machine is blown away, Sasodina screaming in pain and disbelief!
Sasodina's machine crashes into the ground next to Kumojack and Kobra's and for a moment a deathly quiet silence can be heard... just before laughter.
"Ha... ha haaa..."
"I win, PreDESUS..." Sasodina barely chokes out over the radio, the transmission full of static. "I... get to be with my friends again..."

[Everyone] The massive fist smashes into the ground, enough to completely demolish everything around it and sending up massive tremors, enough to knock the four of you on the ground off your feet!
[Everyone cont.] Milfie and Forte, your attacks pound into Fusion, knocking it backwards, but the creature just seems to grow more and more from each of the shots! It's like it can absorb the energy or something!

*As the two machines lifted off, they joined in with the rest of the powered up attacks. The two will proceed in plunging through Fusion, almost Shine Spark-like and appear on the other side, the energy trapped with him+

*The missile Samus shoots is small, almost unimpressive despite its shining when compared to the rest of the attacks. Then it hits, and it's like a goddamn star+

[Everyone] The attacks slam into Fusion, causing him to actually be knocked backwards in disbelief. "This power... rivaling even their-" With a furious scream however Fusion charges again as the Cure machines hurtle towards him, and then they collide! Cure Erika and Tsubomi blast through him, blowing a massive, heart-shaped hole in his body before Fusion lets out one last roar, this time the utmost of pained ones... BEFORE EXPLODING!
When the dust settles, there is not a trace of him any more, and the energy empowering you all begins to fade back down to normal, leaving you just as you were before the Rainbow Jewel's energy flowed through you all.
Victory is won and the Rainbow Jewel is safe... but as you look around, you surely must wonder at what cost?

And in fact, the park itself seems to be glowing bit by bit as it reconstitutes itself!

People begin to come out from all around, looking at you all, eyes wide in wonder as the Rainbow Jewel's magic undoes all the damage done to the park!

"Yeah... yeah I remember your grandma telling me about this. When a PreDesu enemy is defeated... the damage is restored."

Chrono: "So everything's back to normal? That's some powerful stuff... even we need barriers ahead of time."

And soon enough the park is back to normal, with an audience surrounding you all. And then someone gets the idea to begin to applaud. A few other people glance over at him before beginning to clap as well... and before long you all are receiving an amazing standing ovation!

"The... the people. They're..." Nanohana stammers. "Take a bow-desu!" CHYPrE said. "...yeah." And with that, the damaged machine gives a heartfelt bow.

"...I really liked it, Eri!" Nanohana replied. On the viewscreen, Eri's greeted by the first big genuine smile the girl's given her since she arrived.

Samus, on her end, is scanning the reconstituted buildings. "A system to rebuild from a blueprint..." It really is quite interesting. Still, first things first. she has no damn idea where she is, and the ship she jumped from has to be crashed somewhere nearby. She approaches the group.

It cuts into the Happy Trigger's side, shearing through the leftmost quarter of the machine lengthwise, ripping out any engines or guns that happened to be located there. The craft sputters... it can still fly but it's still damaged, and badly!

Super Missile instead blasting into his belly and blowing apart his body. And fuck if he was going to give her even that without paying a price! Ridley's two hands grab you, Samus, and with monstrous strength
he pulls you head-first into his mouth before biting down, furiously!

[Milfie] With Ridley currently locked in mortal combat with his nemesis, the remaining three Space Pirates instead jump in the course of the shots meant for him, being blown away one by one. "Master Ridley...!" "Fall back! We don't even know what this place is...!" "G-GGAAAAAH!"

Because suddenly she turns into a small ball, and Ridley can't help but gulp her accidentally... which is Samus's chance, as she sets several bombs inside his mouth while holding to her shields on sheer willpower!+

[Samus] Ridley almost realizes what's happened before it's too late... and suddenly he feels those painful explosions let loose inside him! The dragon cries out, mouth open wide and an explosion blasting out of it, the Morph Ball following afterwards. It's cracked and there's parts of it falling off... God knows how messed up your armor is Samus, but Ridley paid dearly for that as he falls to his knees, coughing up blood and acid. ... And then, remembing the words of the brave men who died so he might live, Ridley suddenly springs backwards, flapping his wings before he takes to the sky. No treasure is worth these losses!

Samus unfolds, the visor of the armor cracked and the Varia shoulderpads beeping a warning that that environmental resistance system is all kinds of fucked up after overtaxing itself to take Ridley's plasma saliva - but alive. She looks upwards, knowing that she's never going to make enough shots on him to take him out before he's out of range. There's a roar of frustration in the comm channel before she turns back at the remaining enemy...

Sasodina's machine crashes into the ground next to Kumojack and Kobra's and for a moment a deathly quiet silence can be heard... just before laughter.

"This power... rivaling even their-" With a furious scream however Fusion charges again as the Cure machines hurtle towards him, and then they collide! Cure Erika and Tsubomi blast through him, blowing a massive, heart-shaped hole in his body before Fusion lets out one last roar, this time the utmost of pained ones... BEFORE EXPLODING!
When the dust settles, there is not a trace of him any more, and the energy empowering you all begins to fade back down to normal, leaving you just as you were before the Rainbow Jewel's energy flowed through you all.
Victory is won and the Rainbow Jewel is safe... but as you look around, you surely must wonder at what cost?
