OvermanZs1: It's evening. A fairly normal evening as the White Chalice passes by the seaside city of Atami.
It looks like a rather well-off city, compared to San Francisco. Plenty of buildings and houses with power. But this city is known as an experiment for Photon Power!

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji is currently beating the crap out of some loser named Boss!
OvermanZs1: What is everyone up to?
wyverncakes: Ryo just finished up another medical check-up
wyverncakes: He hasn't been piloting much, so he's doing better than one might expect.
wyverncakes: /ominous foreshadowing
EricOverbringer: Hayato is standing on top of The Tower, gazing dramatically into the distance while lost in his own thoughts
Dessa-chan: Arika is (surprisingly not doing detention work) watching the city. She's never actually seen a big city before, other than Windebloom, and she's excited.
EricOverbringer: he is wearing sunglasses

xSaintjade: Lynette is off doing chores. Photon Power is not much the Britannian girl knows about, and having not received any call for duty in the last days, save for Major Sakamoto's training drills... She is relaxed at the moment. Perhaps too much so, her CO would come to believe.
OvermanZs1: Suddenly, anyone looking out at the city will notice the power shuts off throughout the city, but since that's NONE of you a lot of our faceless mechanics and operaters notice, and, it's raising a commotion.
EricOverbringer: Hayato blinks, then strides off towards the bridge and asks for a situation report from the nearest bridge bunny.
OvermanZs1: MEANWHILE! At a cliff overlooking the bay, Kouji, you're busy punching the faces of this polite fellow by the name of Boss. Clearly you are in the wrong here...
It's not like he's kidnapped your brother or anything...

ZebulonCrispi: As far as Kouji is conerned, this guy stopped being relatable as soon as he dissed Grandpa.
OvermanZs1: Hayato, said bridge bunny can't tell you much, other than the power to the whole area is out. Forebodeing...
OvermanZs1: However, Kouji, your one-sided brawl is cut off by a giant stone hand grasping the cliff. A face, and a whole body rise up into view and...
EricOverbringer: Hayato: "Bring us up to alert status 2 and let me know if there are any changes."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What the hell?!"
OvermanZs1: IT'S AFTER YOU KOUJI!
OvermanZs1: BACK at the White Chalice, Kouji isn't the only one who sees this giant stone man climbing up the cliff. Several more are emerging from the sea, making way towards the city!
xSaintjade: The commotion is enough to cause concern into Lynette Bishop. Her heartbeats increase. While she tries to finish any duty she has before going to the bridge, the last movements are nervious before she runs towards the bridge... scared, suddenly tired. She no longer has the comfort of routine, Bishop is remembering herself.
OvermanZs1: The ship is put on high alert. Enjoy your claxons.
ZebulonCrispi: "Your name was Boss, right? We'll finish this fight another time!" Without waiting for a response, Kouji jets for his motorcycle.
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Waaaaah?! What's going on?!"
OvermanZs1: PREPARE TO SCRAMBLE!
EricOverbringer: Hayato mutters "Changes like that." and orders everyone to battlestations!
OvermanZs1: Back to Kouji... Giant stone man chasing you. Run away y/y? Or fight from your motorcycle?
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji's motorcycle has no weapons! He's running the hell away.
wyverncakes: Ryo does just that, heading to the TSX!
xSaintjade: That right there, what Lynette feels as she runs through the hallways, towards her hangar, knowing this is her first mission? It is fear. It is her first mission. After all the training she had, all she endured under Major Sakamoto... she still does not feel ready. It is, however, an automatic response what she is doing right now. Drills into her very being. She boards the Striker Unit.
OvermanZs1: The golem raises a large hand and begins to swing it down upon poor, tiny Kouji. (Can you react? CAN ANYTHING BE DONE?)
Dessa-chan: Arika hadn't been told what to do when she heard alarms going off, and she wanted to help. So she ran the direction of the hangar, like it seemed that other people heading the same way.
xSaintjade: #Sgt. Lynette Bishop
EricOverbringer: Hayato watches and waits until he understands the situation better
OvermanZs1: (Support, Lynette)
xSaintjade: #The Britannian girl had been instructed to only use her Strike Unit's full power on takeoff and during combat, when she would need the agility. But even some training is lacking at the moment. Despite those things, however, she arrives not a moment too soon. Someone is in danger.
OvermanZs1: It's more than just the one stone man chasing the lone motorcyclist. There's several more from the sea, coming up upon the shore and into the city.
xSaintjade: In a moment of panic, not for her life any more, but of that of the man in a motorcycle, she raises her rifle, enters in a bizarre state of peace of mind, and fires against the Golem.+
OvermanZs1: [Lynette] The golem's hand is hit by the shot, keeping Kouji safe from being squished
OvermanZs1: ((Initiative : Hayato, Arika, Ryo, Lynette))
OvermanZs1: (Go, Hayato)
OvermanZs1: Enemies: Tauros (x8)
EricOverbringer: Hayato grins to himself, "Party time."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji swerves past the hand!
ZebulonCrispi: He sure isn't any sort of mecha pilot whatsoever, but he's good at that bike.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What the hell is going on?!"
OvermanZs1: Dr Kabuto: "Kouji! Get out of there! That thing's after me and you! "
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Grandpa?!"
EricOverbringer: *The Tower grind to a halt at the edge of the battlefield and the front docking bay doors open. Out of the bright bay, the remains of the Japanese 3rd Super Robot corps stride out into the night. Hayato nods slightly to the communications officer who passes on the order to open fire on the Tauros. The giant stone golems are peppered by machine gun fire and missiles!+
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What are those things? I don't understand!"
OvermanZs1: [Hayato] The golem raises it's arms to defend, but this only protects from the machine guns. Missiles destroy an arm and a leg, dropping it back!
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto : "We'll talk later, I'm sending the Pilder to you!"
OvermanZs1: And coming down the road, is a red dome with wings, zipping straight for you Kouji!
OvermanZs1: (Arika, go!)
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "It's... a pilder?!"
wyverncakes: Seeing how effective the machine guns were on one of the golems, Ryo makes a quick not to stick to the Ruge Lance and missiles.
Dessa-chan: *Arika hoped she didn't get in trouble for this, but hey, it was helping the ship, right? "Materialize!" Arika's Coral Robe appeared on her, and she gripped her staff-like Element and flew out of the ship.
ZebulonCrispi: Charing the Pilder dead on, Kouji pulls the motorcycle into a wheelie, which somehow becomes an ultra-dramatic jump!
Dessa-chan: * "Haaaa!" Arika didn't really know what she was doing, but she slammed her Element down onto the head of one of the golems.+
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto "It's fine. The controls are no different from a motorcycle"
ZebulonCrispi: He lands clean in the cockpit, his old motorcycle exploding dramatically behind him.
OvermanZs1: And the dome to the pilder opens up!
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "GO! Pilder!"

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji grasps the controls, and takes to the skies!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Amazing... it really is just like riding a motorcycle!"
OvermanZs1: [Arika] Arika, you're tiny. Alas, the Element doesn't do much physically, but it staggers. With a mighty sword in hand, it takes a heavy swipe at the Otome! (react, Arika!)
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "Yes, Kouji! The minute you sat in that cockpit, your fate was sealed! Beyond this is the fate called "Endless Battle"!
OvermanZs1: "God?"
OvermanZs1: "Or a devil? "
Dessa-chan: Arika pulled her arms up to defend herself, kicking off it's hand to fly back away from it.+
OvermanZs1: "Show me which'll you choose!"
OvermanZs1: "Now, rise, greatest masterpiece of my life!"
OvermanZs1: [Arika] The impact of landing on it's hand sends you flying away, but, you're safely away from that gigantic sword
OvermanZs1: (RYO! ROLL OUT)
OvermanZs1: But as you do this, from the ground something huge emerges
OvermanZs1: An arm!
OvermanZs1: A giant face!
OvermanZs1: A Chest!
OvermanZs1: Yes, that is the steel castle that soars in the sky!

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji looks on in awe and wonder!
Dessa-chan: Arika: "What is that?!"
xSaintjade: Lynette: W-what!?
wyverncakes: *The TSX hauls out its Ruge Lance before charging at the golem that had previously attacked Arika. "Now... time to deal with someone your own size!" The machine deftly pivots on one foot and stabs its weapon at the chest of the creature!-
EricOverbringer: Hayato: "To think there are still things like that lying around."
wyverncakes: Ryo: "Wasn't that Imber thing hiding underground too?"

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "This form... I've seen it before! In grandpa's books on mythology!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "It's Zeus! It looks just like the God Zeus!"
OvermanZs1: [Ryo] The lance crashes into the huge golem. A large piece of it's chest goes missing, but it's not enough to put it down. Raising that sword again, it takes a good heavy swipe (react, Ryo)
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "What're you doing Kouji! Dock! Aren't you going to dock!?"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Even if you say that... how do I do it, Grandpa?"
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "That thing's head is the target! Get over there and cram the Pilder in!"
OvermanZs1: "It's fine, just shut up and do as I say!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "The head?!"
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "All you need to do is shout! Pilder On! On that signal it'll do it itself!"
wyverncakes: *Like he's even going to bother with that! The Ruge Lance splits open, charging up an energy blast before blasting its charge right into the golem!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Pilder... on?"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "All right! Let's do this!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji charges directly towards Mazinger Z's head!
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto "GO! KOUJI!"

OvermanZs1: HOWEVER! Before you can even get all comfy and settled in, one of the stone golems rushes for you! It grabs the face of the giant black mecha.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What?!"

EricOverbringer: Hayato watches a young man struggle to figure out a giant robot with no previous experience and can't help but feel a distance feeling of Deja Vu
OvermanZs1: [Ryo] Just as the stone sword crashes down into the shoulder of the Titan, the energy blast carves into it's torso. The sword, while making it's way in, falls from a severed arm
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto "Alright! Do it!"
OvermanZs1: Successfully, the Pilder docks into Mazinger Z! But what to do about this stone man with his hand in your face?
wyverncakes: Ryo draws back the Ruge Lance and does manage to feel a bit relieved. "Good... don't have to rely on just missiles alone."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "PILDER ON!"
ZebulonCrispi: It all happened in a single moment!
ZebulonCrispi: Black, firm, strong! The majestic fist that smashes through everything!
ZebulonCrispi: Even without any familiarity with the controls, Kouji's hidden fighting spirit subconsciously commands that giantic black machine!
ZebulonCrispi: And he fires a single shot! A power certain to kill!
ZebulonCrispi: Its name is... Its name is... Its name is...
ZebulonCrispi: Its name is...! Its name is!
ZebulonCrispi: ITS NAME IS!
ZebulonCrispi: ITS! NAME! IS!
ZebulonCrispi: * Kouji: "RRROOOOOCCKKKEEEEEEEEEEEET..."
ZebulonCrispi: "PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNCH!" +

OvermanZs1: [Kouji] In an instant, the golem drops. Not one question about it. It's head, completely removed by a big, black, destructive punch!
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Wow..."
OvermanZs1: (Lynette, go. Setsuna, prepare to deploy!)
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "It's incredible! This power... it really is the power to become either God or Devil!"
wyverncakes: Ryo: "For a rather straightforward name it's certainly effective..."
EricOverbringer: Hayato: "That machine..."
CaptainGardock: Undetected by anyone on their equipment, but slowly becoming visible, a white mobile suit falls from the sky trailing green particles.
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "Ceasing GN Particle dispersal. Now arriving at target."
xSaintjade: *Lynette Bishophad been taken by surprise by what Kouji had done. In her mind, these things were vastly above her in power... And yet she has there. Having covered him before, and knowing she had no wingman in battle, she sets to cover Kouji's flanks.
OvermanZs1: (( New Initiative : Kouji, Hayato, Arika, Ryo, Lynette, Setsuna, ))
Enemies: Tauros (x5)
xSaintjade: As soon as she seens one golem near him, fight-or-flight instinct takes over. She fires away half a dozen rounds against it, a predator kicking to disembowel the bigger animal.+
OvermanZs1: (Setsuna, eliminate a target)
CaptainGardock: Exia loses momentum and very gracefully reaches the ground. "Have confirmed engagement between White Chalice forces and unknown machines."
OvermanZs1: [Lynette] Such a small rifle packs a big punch. Four of your shots land, staggering a golem, and removing a shoulder, yet your target retains it's sword in hand. However, it's decided to throw this massive stone sword at you
CaptainGardock: "Exia, Setsuna F. Seiei."
OvermanZs1: (Lynette, react!)
CaptainGardock: * "Commencing armed intervention!" The GN Sword snaps into place from on Exia's forearm, and the machine hovers around to behind the nearest golem to bisect it in one fluid movement. +
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] The golem raises it's sword, poised to meet blade to blade. But stone has no bearing against GN particles, and it loses it's weapon. Worse off, it loses it's midsection to gravity as it's torso falls downward. (Dodge falling rocks, Setsuna)
OvermanZs1: However, in the middle of this fray, someone else was watching the rising of Mazinger Z!
OvermanZs1: ????: "It's... Zeus!"

xSaintjade: *She gasps, her heart nearly coming out of her chest. A hand reaches out to create a blue circle in front of her, with the runes of magic born and learned. &
OvermanZs1: "Great God Zeus! Zeus! Zeus!! ZEUS!"
OvermanZs1: "There's no question that thing is the slayer of the Mycaeneans"
CaptainGardock: * Setsuna dodges falling rocks, still pretty much gliding off the ground.
OvermanZs1: [Lynette] The shield holds, stopping the momentum of the sword, asi t falls prey to gravity as well, crashing into the trees below
EricOverbringer: Hayato yells "Are you recording this!?" to the approrpiate bridge officer, who nods.
OvermanZs1: "It's strange... my heart is filled with laughter! I can't stop laughing! "
OvermanZs1: "Across thousands of years, we've hoped and waited, and now our hated enemy has finally returned!"

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What's that voice? Is it talking about Mazinger?!"
wyverncakes: Ryo:"Who's saying all of that?"
OvermanZs1: Something emerges from the sea! Tiny! Almost unnoticable!
OvermanZs1: "Wait right there! ZEUS!"
OvermanZs1: A single person rushes, running along the water's surface, leaping dozens of yards, almost a half mile! And then...
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] Mazinger takes a straight kick to the face by a man... woman... something split in between! Mazinger is instantly knocked on it's ass!
xSaintjade: *Having survived, Lynne's fear takes over, and flies backwards, firing wildly as she retreated. Something she had been taught against doing.+
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "AAAAGH!"

CaptainGardock: Setsuna blinks and stares. That's weird even by his standards.
OvermanZs1: The split-faced person looms over Mazinger Z, tears streaming down his/her/it's eyes.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What the heck is that?!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "It's a man... no, a woman? I can't tell!"
OvermanZs1: "I see. You think our face is weird."
OvermanZs1: "But, you know, it's all YOUR fault that it ended up like this Zeus! Traitor of Olympus!"
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] Lifting the mech by it's chest, this person, Baron Ashura, kicks Mazinger in the face, over, and over, and over again!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What are you talking about?!"
OvermanZs1: "Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! The sin of destroying the Mycaeneans! The sin of betraying the gods! You'll atone for them all, here and now!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji, still confused by Mazinger's controls, is powerless to stop the anguish-driven onslaught!
OvermanZs1: (Hayato, make a move)
wyverncakes: Ryo is just kinda aghast by this
wyverncakes: "How can something that small just..."
EricOverbringer: *Hayato was nothing if not adaptable. "All units, form up behind that black robot and provide cover fire!"
Dessa-chan: Arika: "That's not an Otome... What is it?"
EricOverbringer: The robot army was quick to obey. Most of them continued to unload their payloads at the golems, but one of the lighter units at the front took several carefully aimed shots from a machine gun at the person attacking Mazinger Z.+
OvermanZs1: [Hayato-ish] Ashura spins a rod in it's hands, deflecting the bullets with ease. In a single leap it flies over to the soldier and punches the mech in the face. Alas, a good man lost his life to a single punch.
OvermanZs1: (Arika! Go!)
Dessa-chan: *Arika bit her lip. She was just a Coral (and would probably get detention for being out here), so she didn't have much besides her strength (which was nothing compared to the robots) and her speed. Wait, her speed?
OvermanZs1: (Kouji, you're free to stand, so, get an action on!)
EricOverbringer: Hayato frowns. Unless they could take down that creature, this was going to be a costly battle.
Dessa-chan: *Arika took a deep breath, and then began to fly as fast as she could around the golems, trying to distract them and keep them occupied for the others to attack.+
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji brings Mazinger Z to a sitting position. It's still missing one arm from its earlier Rocket Punch.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "How am I supposed to fight like this?! I don't know how to use this thing!"
OvermanZs1: [Arika] You've caught the attention of one of the few remaining golems! Like swatting at a fly, it swings it's sword wildly at you, but, it can't seem to hit!
OvermanZs1: (Ryo!)
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "...Stand down and let us take care of this."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What? Who are you?"
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "ZEEUSSS!!!!"
OvermanZs1: And from nothing, a heavy, looking voice booms!
OvermanZs1: Dr. Hell: "Baron Ashura. That's enough."
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "I..."
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "...I am Gundam."
wyverncakes: Ryo: "Arika! Keep it busy for just a few more moments!"
OvermanZs1: Over the sea, a black cloud forms, materializing from nothingness. It slowly takes shape, a pair of eyes, a cloak... something like a face?
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Got it!"
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "P-please look! We've followed Juuzou Kabuto to this place. And somehow we found the great enemy of the Mycaeneans!"
OvermanZs1: Dr. Hell: "I said that's enough."
wyverncakes: *The TSX turns its attention to the closest golem before a sextet of missile tubes open up on the Fafner's body. A few missiles fire from each of them to blast apart the Golem. "Let's see if the TSX's can match the firepower of Hayato's grunts."+
OvermanZs1: Suddenly, lightning crashed down! But, not on our heroes, but on the Baron themself!

OvermanZs1: Cringing, they get the idea. With a scowl, the Baron retreats to the sea, for now.
OvermanZs1: [Ryo] The golem is wide open, with it's attention given to the Otome. Without an attempt to defend, missiles crash into it's body, sending chunks of stone flying about the terrain
OvermanZs1: (Lynette, action!)
OvermanZs1: The large, heavy shadow moves over the land, largely disinterested in the combat going on
OvermanZs1: Dr. Hell: "This robot does resemble Zeus. Hey, Juuzo... I've missed you."
Dr. Kabuto: "So you show your disgusting self."
OvermanZs1: Dr. Hell: "I've been looking for you. The century's authority on robotic engineering. The man known as the "Father of Photon Power".
Knowing you were alive, I haven't had a restful night in ten years. "

OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "Is that so, I'd been having good dreams."
Dr. Hell: "In that case, did you forget what MY dreams were?"
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "How would I know your sleep-talking nonsense?"
Dr. Hell: "Then let me remind you!"
OvermanZs1: (enemies 3 Tauros)
OvermanZs1: And from the sea, an army arises, on the back of a mountain.
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "Come forth! Great Fortress Saluud!"
OvermanZs1: A mountain... no, a battleship! And from this spill forth hundreds of men, if not more, armed to the teeth with swords and armor, standing at the ready.

CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "A full scale infantry attack...!"
xSaintjade: *With the orders given to defend the black mech, Lynette flies back his position. Much of her mind is clouded amidst the many events taking place, having now entered in an automatic mode. Behind the black mech, just slightly above, she spots a Tauros in the distance. Behind the bigger mech, Lynne feels more safety, and fires one bullet against the upper chest.+
OvermanZs1: But, it gets better, for you see, two of your old friends rise from their sleep of death (or just beheaded)
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "Rise! Gerada K7! And Doublas M2!"
xSaintjade: Her expression, when she sees the army, however, turns into a worried one. There were too many.
OvermanZs1: [Lynette] You've plenty of time and safety to place your shot and take a bead on it's throat. The anti-tank round scrams throug the ear and catches the golem in the neck, blasting it's head almost clean off!
OvermanZs1: In pillars of light, the two golems glow, standing, and roaring in power! Stone cracks from their bodies as far more monstorous forms burst forth from the rubble!
OvermanZs1: (Enemies: Gerada K7! Doublas M2! Tauros x2!)
OvermanZs1: (Setsuna, action!)
EricOverbringer: (Can these enemies be described?)
wyverncakes: Ryo: "They can't be that much more of a challenge... we already beat them once before."

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji frantically looks over the control panel, trying to figure out what the heck.
OvermanZs1: Ashura, in it's insane quickness, dashes off to a lone house. Here, a conversation takes place... as he runs, face to face, into DOCTOR KABUTO!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "If I can't use my arm, then what about this?"

OvermanZs1: Dr Kabuto. "What're you talkin about. All I did was open the door to Hell.
"Alright, since you're already here. I guess it can't be helped... Let's hear your story."
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "Eliminating the new targets! "
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] The golem raises it's arms but, this doesn't mean anything! This new attack! Mixing acid particles and the wind... RUST HURRICANE leaves anything it touches in such a fragile state it turns to dust!
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "Our goal is world conquest. And for that we need your lab, your Photon Energy to power our Mechancial Beasts."
Dr. Kabuto: "Ahhh, how interesting. In that case, come here a second..."

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Whoa! What the heck was that?!"
CaptainGardock: * Exia draws a GN Saber with its left arm to dual-wield with the sword and leaps through the air to Doublas's location in an attempt to decapitate both heads at once. +
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] With a loud roar of power, it raises one of those arms, meeting one of your swords! This interposition saves it's neck (literally) but at the cost of a hand. However...
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] It turns it's sights to you! With another powerful shriek, it's faces aim for the Gundam, and open fire with a pair of neon green lasers! (react Setsuna
OvermanZs1: (Hayato, Arika!)
CaptainGardock: * Setsuna gasps and backpedals while raising Exia's shielded arm, raising GN Particle output for some extra shielding.
EricOverbringer: *Hayato orders the super robot army back for quick resupply and repairs. Meanwhile, The Tower itself opens up a dozen missiles launchers, which rain doom down on Garada K7!+
OvermanZs1: From afar, an explosion! It's at the labs! Kouji's home! Another eruption from the blast as a giant steel fist bursts from the ground! In it's palm, Dr. Kabuto! "Kouji! Recieve this! I'll teach you the controls!"
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] Were this any other laser, your shield would hold up. Breaking through the GN field with both lasers, the bright green strikes the shield, MELTING it on the spot!
wyverncakes: Ryo: "Arika!"
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Huh?"
OvermanZs1: It seems, Ashura has lived through this explosion, and watches the fight with great laughter!
Ashura: "You see! That is the true power of the Machine Beasts! Anything that laser touches will be evaporated!"
wyverncakes: Doing some quick calculations as to how strong the motors in the necks would have to be, he has the TSX point at Doublas's head on the side missing a hand
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z extends its incomplete arm, and the black fist reconnects to it with a resounding crash!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Grandpa! What are you doing here?!"
wyverncakes: "Grab that and try to hold it down. If you do that I'll be able to get it off easier!"
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Got it!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "A beam more powerful than Exia's defenses..."
OvermanZs1: [Hayato] Missiles crash into Gerada, but it doesn't seem to care whatso ever! It staggers some, but it's hardly enough! Breaking one of the horns off it's head it throws the blade, crashing it hard into The Tower!
Dessa-chan: *Arika flew to one of the heads of the Doublas, and grabbed it, pulling it down. She was a lot stronger than she looked, though the strain of holding the head was showing slight cracks in the shoulder pads of her Robe.+
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto "I'm going to teach you how to use this machine. Don't worry. With it, you'll become powerful!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "R... Right!"
EricOverbringer: Hayato grabs a nearby railing as the ship shakes from the impact
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] The Doublas roars again and turns it's sights towards Zeus, no, Mazinger Z! Twin beams of decintrigating lasers fire for Kouji! (react, Kouji!)
EricOverbringer: (Unless I get a react to that?)
OvermanZs1: (herp, yes, feel free.)
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto. :"Haha! Let him come! We'll show him Mazinger Z's power! We'll show him you won't run and hide."
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z raises its arms, but does not dodge!
EricOverbringer: *Anti aircraft cannons emerge from hatches and open fire on the spinning blade before it can reach them. It's just a question of if they have enough force to deflect or destroy it before it reaches The Tower+
ZebulonCrispi: No, it stands tall!
ZebulonCrispi: For it is made of the invincible material, the ultimate armor devised by mankind:
ZebulonCrispi: SUPER ALLOY Z!
OvermanZs1: [Arika/Kouji] The grip of the tiny girl actually turns one of the lasers away, while the other is still going right for the black machine...
ZebulonCrispi: An invincible fortress of black steel, no attack shall ever pierce the mighty shield that is Super Alloy Z!

OvermanZs1: [Kouji] The laser strikes, but, no! The beam is cut in half! It's body reflects the laser as it was just a mere beam of light!
OvermanZs1: (Ryo, Lynette!)
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Amazing!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Mazinger Z... is invincible!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "That's impossible!"
EricOverbringer: Hayato: "What's that thing made of!?"
wyverncakes: Ryo: "How could it just do that?!?"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "With this, we can fight!"
OvermanZs1: [Hayato] The blade is shot off it's course! It's enough, just enough, as the blade flings by, grazing the Tower's armor
xSaintjade: *Lynette Bishop watches, at first, dumbfounded at the sight of the Black Mech having resisted that laser... having only blocked a sword moments earlier, she didn't know if her shields would have resisted. But she has a job to do. She flies upwards, towards the clouds, taking advantage of Mazinger Z distracting his enemy.
wyverncakes: *Arika's done her job. She's holding down that head, at least well enough for him to attack! The TSX charges again, and this time brings its Ruge Lance swinging down to lop off Doublas's head!+
EricOverbringer: Hayato shifts his stance slightly as the ship shakes from the glancing blow
OvermanZs1: [Ryo] Doublas turns it's free head on you to fire again, but, before it can, it's free head throws back in pain as the Otome-bound head is severed from it's neck! Yet one head still remains!
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna!] Your awe of mazinger is broken as foes still remain. Lumbering for you is a remaining Golem, forgotten in the fight. It's sword rises high and crashes down on the Gundam! (react!)
wyverncakes: Ryo: "One down. Thanks, Arika!"
xSaintjade: Then, taking note of air combat maneuvers, and seeing Arika attacking Doublas, she descends rapidly towards it, firing against the neck. A panther aiming to the neck of his kill.+
CaptainGardock: * Setsuna parries with the GN Sword at the last instant, not being a very alert pilot or anything. He struggles to shake it off and, if successful, squeezes off a few beam pistol shots at the golem's face.
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "You won't damage my Gundam again..."
OvermanZs1: [Lynette] Your first shot misses, as Doublas jerks it's head aside, letting the shot strike it's chest. The second catches it's neck, another just next to that. With a final roar, the two-headed machine beast drops to it's knees
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] Again, the stone sword can't hold up against the GN Sword and is lost in an instant. It has no means of defending the beam pistol's shots and loses it's legs in the process, leaving it to fall on it's face
OvermanZs1: (Enemies: Garada K7, Tauros x2)
OvermanZs1: (Setsuna, act!)
xSaintjade: Lynette: "We did it!" The Sergeant would later ascend. She feels some relaxation now that their enemies are decreasing. But it's not over yet.
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] Turning it's attention to the powerful black castle of a mech, Garada makes a lumbering charge, drawing the other blade from it's head, hell bent on cutting you down Kouji!
OvermanZs1: Dr. Kabuto: "Now, let's do this. It's like saving the best for last. Do it like this, Kouji!" The Doctor presses a few switches and guides Kouji's hand, weakly, to another lever.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Got it!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...Hey, Grandpa, what should I call this attack?"
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] Gerada comes charging in, arm raised to drive the blade into the Pilder!
OvermanZs1: Dr, Kabuto: "Hahah! We'll call this just like it is! Breast Fire!"
CaptainGardock: * Setsuna is angry now. Exia zooms up to the one to stab it in the torso before whirling around to decapitate the other. +
ZebulonCrispi: * "Got it!" And then, Kouji pushes the lever, and the emblem on Mazinger Z's chest lights up!
ZebulonCrispi: "BREEEAAAAAST FIIIIIIIIRRREEEE!" A huge, blazing beam of heat and flame emerges from Mazinger Z's chest towards Gerada K7! +
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] It's right on top of you! The blade coming down! (KOUJI! REACT!)

CaptainGardock: (Oh also, I was talking about the two remaing golems.)
OvermanZs1: [Kouji] Screaming in agony, and flailing like a man on fire, the machine beast begins to turn black, then, drip. In haste, the monster melts into a smoldering pile of metal and angst!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...We did it!"
OvermanZs1: [Setsuna] Easily, the Gundam outperforms the stone men. The first doesn't even get a moment's notice before losing it's torso. The second, tries to block the sword, but none of them learned from before, as it's head is struck clean off
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "It's amazing, Grandpa! The Mazinger Z that you made is truly amazing!"
CaptainGardock: Exia poses dramatically.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...Grandpa?"
OvermanZs1: Doctor Kabuto is proud of you Kouji. But, alas... he has no way to express this. His spirit pats Kouji on the back, bringing him great praise
OvermanZs1: However... Doctor Kabuto...
OvermanZs1: ...has passed away.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...no... it can't be true!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "GRAAAANDPAAAAAAAAA!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "...The old man..."
OvermanZs1: With all his forces decimated, only Baron Ashura stands near the rubble of Kouji's home.
wyverncakes: Ryo pauses and closes his eyes.
Dessa-chan: Arika bit her lip again, tears streaming down her cheeks.
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z's godlike form turns to face Baron Ashura. But now, as its eyes flare, it is no God.
ZebulonCrispi: It is a Devil.
OvermanZs1: Fearing Mazinger Z's wrath, Baron Ashura flees! "CURSE YOU MAZINGER Z! We will... we will have our revenge! Curse you! CURSE YOU!"
wyverncakes: Ryo: "Just because the machine's pretty much invincible doesn't mean the people connected to it are..."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "I'M NOT LETTING YOU GET AWAY! YOU MURDERER!"
xSaintjade: Lynette hovers silently, the grip on her rifle stronger. She could not imagine what losing family is like... and would never want to know.
OvermanZs1: An armed escort charges, on foot, to try and recieve the Baron! Ashura is getting further and further away!
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z strides towards the fleeting Ashura, and its chest sends forth fire once again! Burning across the Ashura army, even though they're only infantry!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "RRRRAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!"
EricOverbringer: Hayato's expression is a mix of fear and glee, "Such power...It could even rival Getter Robo!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna has a brief flashback to tiny soldiers being sprayed indiscriminately with vulcan fire from mobile suits.
CaptainGardock: Quite unrelatedly, he decides to maybe intervene.
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "CEASE FIRE, NOW!"
OvermanZs1: The infantry are melted in an instant, not even their bones remaining! Flames lick at the tail of Ashura's cloak as he manages to scamper away with just-superior speed
OvermanZs1: HOWEVER!
OvermanZs1: In the skies above Atami, a massive ship-like machine beast appears. And atop it's head is... a flying head!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "I WON'T STOP! NOT UNTIL I'VE KILLED THAT MONSTER!"
wyverncakes: Seeing the aerial machine appearing, Ryo shakes his head.
Dessa-chan: Arika: "What good will that do? You want revenge, and then they'll want revenge, and then it keeps going!"
wyverncakes: "Worry about him later! Something else is coming!"
CaptainGardock: Ignoring orders before he can even receive them, Exia charges Mazinger. "I said STAND DOWN!"
xSaintjade: Lynne: "Stop! Our job is saving people! Please stop doing this!"
EricOverbringer: Hayato tears his eyes away from Mazinger Z when someone shouts about the giant machine overhead. "What the...Ready anti-aircraft guns!"
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z meets Exia's charge, pushing against it with both hands, attempting to overwhelm it with raw power!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "HE KILLED MY GRANDPA! NOW THAT I HAVE THIS POWER... I WON'T FORGIVE MYSELF UNLESS I CAN AVENGE HIM!"
xSaintjade: Lynne: "your grandfather would have only wanted your happiness, but never consumed by revenge! He would have wanted you to save everyone! Not use this power to destroy! Think of what would your family want of you!"
Dessa-chan: Arika: "Grandma always told me that people should use their powers to protect people, not to hurt people!"
CaptainGardock: Overwhelming enemies with the raw power of one's mecha? Sounds familiar to Setsuna. The GN Sword bends against Super Alloy Z and the full strength of the arm that's swinging it. "You're murdering helpless, retreating people for your own egotistical revenge!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "Power used like that..."
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "CANNOT POSSIBLY RIVAL THE POWER OF A GUNDAM!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "I..."
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...No... You're right! You're all right!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What happened to me? I almost lost myself in rage!"
wyverncakes: Ryo pauses and sighs.
OvermanZs1: Those of you on alert, the massive ship approaces in time, and now, easily in view to all, is the floating head of a man! With NO BODY!
EricOverbringer: Hayato's voice crackles over the comm line: "Incoming!"
CaptainGardock: Setsuna backs off, though he is still staring at Kouji straight through their two giant robots.
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z steps back, and then turns dramatically to face this new enemy!
wyverncakes: "... Worry about that later! Like I was saying, they haven't iven up yet!"
Dessa-chan: Arika blinks. "Where's the rest of it?"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "What matters now is protecting Asami!"
OvermanZs1: Ashura: "The Flying Fortress Ghoul!?
OvermanZs1: ???: I am one of those commissioned to lead one of Dr. Hell's five great armies, Count Brocken!
OvermanZs1: Fortunately, Arika, the rest of the body does appear, as it holds the head to it's chest.
OvermanZs1: Brocken: "You've failed Ashura. And Dr. Hell is angry!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Dr's Hell's five armies?!"
OvermanZs1: Brocken: He's left clean up to me! And if you don't flee, you'll be blown up too!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Gundam, do you know about these guys?"
OvermanZs1: Brocken gives no concern or heed to your question. As you won't be alive for long anyway! From the bottom of the giant ship, drops another ship!
CaptainGardock: Setsuna: "I've never heard of this faction before tonight."
OvermanZs1: No, not a ship! Another machine beast!
OvermanZs1: Brocken: Bomber Beast Goizer X10, Launch!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Another one!"
OvermanZs1: (Enemies: one falling Goizer X10! and christ it is HIGH up in the air!)

wyverncakes: To just bomb the area...
CaptainGardock: Not even Setsuna is dumb enough to fly up and but a giant missile in half with a sword.

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "That's out of even Breast Fire's range! What can I do?"
wyverncakes: The TSX was modestly armed, but it didn't have anything with the kind of range and firepower to stop that in time
OvermanZs1: Suddenly a voice. From the rubble of a building...
OvermanZs1: ???: "Mazinger Z is invincible. What are you hesitating for Kabuto Kouji. Use the Photon Beam!"

ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Photon Beam?!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Wait, who are you?"
EricOverbringer: Dozens of anti-aircraft guns come to life, filling the sky with useless tracer rounds as The Tower opens fire on the massive fortress flying overhead and falling machine beast!
OvermanZs1: [Hayato] As if to counter the bullets from hitting the main body, a series of smaller bombs are dropped from it's wings! Your shots are intercepted while a few bombs explode on the beach!
OvermanZs1: ???: "On the left side of the panel is a button you haven't used yet."
CaptainGardock: Setsuna contributes what he can with his beam pistol, but it's a short-range gun and he's not a good shot in the first place.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "I see it!"
OvermanZs1: ???: "First, get in a stance."
ZebulonCrispi: He opens it, and a dial under a blue indicator appears.
ZebulonCrispi: Mazinger Z looks up towards the falling enemy!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "So I turn this dial?"
Dessa-chan: Arika was staying out of the way, not having anything that would work as long-range weaponry.
OvermanZs1: ???: "Then turn the dial without pushing it. It's changing colors, isn't it?"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "...It's green... no, yellow! You're right!"
OvermanZs1: ???: "That's right... Now, Aim."
ZebulonCrispi: But Mazinger Z seems to be gathering power!
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji aligns the crosshairs with the giant monster-turned-bom!
OvermanZs1: ??? : "Now... when it's red..."
OvermanZs1: ???: "FIRE!"
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "There it is!"
ZebulonCrispi: * "PHOTOOOOON BEEEEAAAAAAM!" From Mazinger Z's eyes, an immense beam of yellow light explodes upwards! Piercing the clouds, it strikes towards the mechanical beast, and Kabuto Kouji's aim is true, as is his heart! +
OvermanZs1: For a moment, the machine best doesn't seem phased...
OvermanZs1: But it's descent slows...
OvermanZs1: It's armor begins to glow, heated.
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "UUUUUOOOOOOOHHH!!!"
OvermanZs1: And in an instant! The clouds in the sky part! The powerful beam pierces the heart of the machine beast, tearing through to the heavens themselves!
OvermanZs1: During which, Ashura shields his eyes. While all eyes are skyward, he retreats to the Fortress Saluud, as it sinks into the sea.
CaptainGardock: Setsuna is stunned.
OvermanZs1: Brocken too, staring in awe, waves his cane, ordering the Fortress Ghoul to turn and retreat.
EricOverbringer: Hayato can't help but laugh
EricOverbringer: it is not a healthy sounding laugh
ZebulonCrispi: Kouji: "Incredible... Grandpa, this power you gave me... I swear to use it to protect this planet!"
wyverncakes: Ryo: "... Something like this was made... and nobody else in the entire world knew of it?"
OvermanZs1: The sky lights up as the machine beast erupts in a ball of blame and amazement! The entire town, well, what remains of Atami lights up for one brief moment under the power granted to Kouji Kabuto

OvermanZs1: MISSION!
wyverncakes: "I'm glad we didn't have to fight against it..."
