Mission 9: It's... a Gundam! Log

NightlitEquinox: The White Chalice has stopped off at Space Colony 8088, known to the locals as Rauha for supplies and some much needed R&R. You aren't planning on spending more than a few hours here before you head off towards the peripheral Orb colony, Heliopolis for the rondevous. But for the time being, everyone has time to explore the area.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia, meanwhile, is just getting out of an exam on Minovsky particle physics, and knows nothing about the White Chalice!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna's never actually been on a colony before, so sheer curiosity is enough to get even him wandering around.
NightlitEquinox: Oh, except Kamille.
NightlitEquinox: He's in a cell somewhere. All he knows is that he has been moved from his home colony. And he only knows this because of a stunt of time with no gravity.
NightlitEquinox: So what are you all doing?
Camiu: Kamille is currently being 'interrogated' by a Titans Officer for decking Jerid!
NightlitEquinox: Yes, he is in fact!
NightlitEquinox: Though it's less of an interrogation and more an asshole badgering him.
wyverncakes: Joshua's getting a chance to stretch his legs
Camiu: And Kamille's just sorta glaring back at the douche
wyverncakes: It's been a while since he's been on a space colony. Last time he was he'd been working with Calvina back when she was the White Lynx
NightlitEquinox: Now all of you are doing whatever it is you are doing when... the alarm klaxons go off, and all hell breaks loose.
Camiu: That would be Kamille's cue to jet, as he's gonna just throw the folder into the officer's face and bolt
wyverncakes: Josh is on the alert!
NightlitEquinox: Kamille barely gets away from the soldier.
ZebulonCrispi: (Are there klaxxons at the university?)
NightlitEquinox: (Definitely)
wyverncakes: Josh: "Setsuna... we need to get back to the ship."
NightlitEquinox: Fortunately! The colony patrol is ready!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna fingers a handgun in his pocket. "Right."
NightlitEquinox: Unfortunately they are far less able than they are prepared.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "What the--"
NightlitEquinox: They are using Argos, which are basically something between a Zaku and a Leo... in otherwords... INCREDIBLY mooky.
wyverncakes: And with that he starts to quickly move back, readying a pistol of his own. "Once we know what's going on we can decide our actions from there."
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia runs outside, trying to look around and see what the hell is going on.
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "They're getting ready to fight..." He dashes in the direction of the ship, and thus Exia.
Camiu: Kamille's mad dash is currently tapering off as he comes across the Titans' personal hangar
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille is being shoved off camera for now.)
NightlitEquinox: (I have a plan for this, just hold tight.)
Camiu: (Ah, right, sorry)
NightlitEquinox: That's when there is a sudden crash, Fortunately this happens miles away from you, or you would all be surely dead as a fairly large portion of the colony outer wall, including a block of the relatively upscale residential zone it contained falls out into space, killing numerous people and more importantly providing entry for a group of Rapters (they resemble non transforming Flags with prehensile wings). Of the 9 units, 8 of them are Orange while one of them is Blue.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Mobile suits? What are they doing here?"
wyverncakes: Josh is blown off his feet anyways (not like colonies are very stable when parts of it are blown out) before glaring back.
NightlitEquinox: The colony is quickly resealed, but the Raptors are flying towards a more heavily populated part of town, which happens to contain the campus of the university.
wyverncakes: But nevertheless, he quickly scrambles back up to his feet. "Nine. Not too much of a challenge." And in the low-gravity environment, the Aile was still dangerous.
NightlitEquinox: The Argos try to fight back... but their lack of mobility combined with the Raptors' beam weaponry made short work of them, despite a massive number advantage.
Camiu: Kamille was knocked around and is currently lying on his ass as he watches the massive curbstomp
NightlitEquinox: And Josh might want to rethink that, upon seeing the Raptors actually fight they are REALLY fast. Especially the blue one.
NightlitEquinox: Kamille actually finds himself in the area near the University as he wanders around the Titans base.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia sees the Raptors coming, picks a direction, and starts running.
NightlitEquinox: (Any of your White Chalice people who want to go to your mecha may do so)
ZebulonCrispi: She knows that running is kind of pointless, but it feels better than standing still.
NightlitEquinox: Nadia runs into a certain Blue Haired boy who is running in her direction! They may or may not crash into each other. (Kamille and Nadia... uh... interact!)
wyverncakes: Using this opportunity to finish sizing up the Raptors, Josh finally brings the Aile Chevalier online before opening up a channel to Setsuna. "Ready to do this?"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Exia, begin GN Particle dispersal. Priority pass to Setsuna F. Seiei." He climbs in at a run.
ZebulonCrispi: Long stride + low gravity = Nadia's moving pretty fast, and is distracted. Up to you, Kamille!
Camiu: Kamille is able to stop before she collides with him. "What's going on? I heard the Klaxons, and when I got outside, those wierd mobile suits were tearing the place apart!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I don't know, either!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "We're not at war with anyone! Are they terrorists?"
Camiu: Kamille: This is bad... Why haven't the Titans deployed? Their Hizacks might be able to push them back!
NightlitEquinox: Dan: Uh... we aren't done with the supplies! Someone at least get out there and protect our crew! Please? PRETTY PLEASE!?
NightlitEquinox: Dan seems rather disturbed, given that he can't really raise the shield or move or... anything really until the supply trucks clear the area.
NightlitEquinox: (Enemies: Raptor x8, Blue Raptor)
wyverncakes: Inside the Aile, Josh just nods. "Don't worry. Already on it..."
wyverncakes: "Joshua Radcliffe, Aile Chevalier; moving to intercept!"
Camiu: Kamille: *After a bit of thought, grabs Nadia's hand* This way! I know where the hangar for the Titans' mobile suits are!
Captain Gardock: "Exia, Setsuna F. Seiei. Eliminating the target!"
NightlitEquinox: (Initiative: Amuro, Josh, Setsuna, Shirley)
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia follows as an automatic reaction, but isn't sure about this. "Are you sure about that? Wouldn't they be attacking there?"
NightlitEquinox: (Amuro and Josh)
Camiu: Kamille: The fact that there are no Titan suits here is what worries me. All else fails, I might be able to use one of theirs!
NightlitEquinox: As Kamille leads Nadia around she notices something suspicious... the said "Titans' Mobile Suits" appear to be... quite close to her campus.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Somewhere on the far end of the colony, an odd blip appears on the radar- One that doesn't make much sense at first, an old EFF IFF code from the OYW.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Suddenly, there's a blast of light from nowhere- the astute would recognize is as the blast from an old Rick-Dom's Beam Bazooka-
wyverncakes: Blasting out of the White Chalice's hangar and its hoverboard functioning again, the Aile rockets out at the Raptors. Figuring the distinct one can get away with that though, he instead brings up the Cypher Gun and fires on one of the orange ones to test the water. "Let's see what you're made of...!"+
NightlitEquinox: (Are you SURE you want to do that Amuro? You are currently in a Colony.)

NightlitEquinox: (Is the Bazooka targetting anything in specific?)
ACEPILOTAMURO: (One of the raptors)
NightlitEquinox: (One of the non blue one's you mean?)
ACEPILOTAMURO: (Eyup)
Captain Gardock: Exia suddenly stops moving.
ACEPILOTAMURO: A voice comes over the com, without a name or introductions- "I'll be supporting you for now!"+
wyverncakes: Josh notices the machine, but focuses on the task at hand
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Gu..."
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "...ndam..."
wyverncakes: If it's what he thinks it is, he can pay his respects to Amuro Ray later
wyverncakes: After all, bad stuff happens when you forget to fight in the middle of battle.
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Launching now-what the hell?
Shaun Garin: So very late for once due to a power nap, Shirley is taking off. Tiny little thing innit?
wyverncakes: Josh: "We don't have a choice. We need supplies and the colony's being attacked!"
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] The Rick-Dom's bazooka catches the Raptor off guard... It's bye bye pilot. However apparently he got someone's attention... the Blue Raptor immediately guns towards it. No Gundam is gonna beat up his troops and get away with it! And suddenly, OH GOD IT'S ALMOST FREEDOM LEVEL BEAM SPAM! As the unit shows up wielding not one but TWO rapid fire beam weapons!
NightlitEquinox: (Amuro... you are SO lucky you are Amuro... I mean react)

ACEPILOTAMURO: That cloak? It just happens to be anti-beam laminant sheilding. Still, evasive manuevers, as per usual!+
wyverncakes: (Whoops, already had posted it.)
NightlitEquinox: [Josh] The Raptor barely manages to get out of the way of Josh's shot. It did however, get it's attention, and it and 5 of it's allies head towards the White Chalice forces. The Argos were proving absolutely not a threat, the two remaining Raptors were making short work of them.
NightlitEquinox: (Setsuna and Shirley)
Captain Gardock: Setsuna knows the 0 Gundam is on the Ptolemaiois, really.
Captain Gardock: And he shouldn't just be standing still like a giant target even if he were seeing its pilot on the battlefield.
Captain Gardock: * He forces himself to direct Exia towards the Raptors, taking a sword swing at an orange one. "RRAGH!" +
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Well at least he's broken out of his stupor...
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Well... I suppose this is a good break from boredom... ALLONS-Y!
Shaun Garin: *Shirley revs the engines. A tiny little thing hurling at the Raptors, and she pulls the trigger+
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] As soon as the first volley of beams hits the cloak, they begin to adjust themselves. They are incredibly accurate, even with Amuro's Newtype senses he is finding it difficult to evade the attacks. Especially since they don't seem to be aimed logically... Then he gets a sudden flash of insight about a certain volley of beams. They aren't aimed at the cloak or the mobile suit, rather they are aimed to cut between the cloak and the suit, separating the Gundam from it's beam defenses!
(Amuro react again)
ACEPILOTAMURO: The cloak was never going to last all that long anyway, and it was the sort of trick only likely to work once! (This isn't gunbuster *yet*)
ACEPILOTAMURO: The obvious answer (If you're amuro) is to throw it in front of himself as a distraction- while he draws a pair of beam sabers and proceeds to attempt to seperate one of those machines-
ACEPILOTAMURO: from it's weapon!
ACEPILOTAMURO: *
NightlitEquinox: [Setsuna] The Orange Raptor proves about as fast as a Flag, and it's pilot only slightly better than your average Union pilot. It manages to avoid a crippling blow but still loses an arm. Meanwhile two of the other Raptors flank Exia, one of them using a Short Beam saber while the other one uses a Beam SMG.

wyverncakes: Josh: "Setsuna, worry about the one with the gun!"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Roger!"
Captain Gardock: * Setsuna draws his own beam saber and relies on the magic of GN particles to take care of any hits he takes while moving in to stab the shooter.
wyverncakes: *The Raptors aren't the only machines on the battlefield that are fast, and with a burst from the Aile's Impulse Thrusters, the machine launches itself at the Raptor using its beam saber to run interferance. The Cypher Gun is switched to sword mode, and with a shout Josh brings the weapon sweeping down at Raptor.+
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] The Raptors... as fast as they are... are no match for her in speed. Also, her size makes it difficult for them to evade her attacks. So she connects. While their armor is good enough to mostly weather the bullets, a two of them get a few joints hit. One of them has a gimpy arm and the other has lost a wing, and touches down.
NightlitEquinox: (Enemies: Raptor x7 [1 missing an arm, 1 with a damaged arm, 1 grounded with a damaged wing], Blue Raptor)
NightlitEquinox: [Josh] The pilot of the Raptor was obviously not expecting something as fast and real looking as the Aile Chevalier to have QUITE such an XBOX Huge sword. And it almost panics as it falls back and barely evades the strike. It quickly recovers though and pulls out it's Beam SMG. It and 2 of the remaining Raptors, including the grounded one also draw Beam SMGs. Their intend obvious, remove the Aile Chevalier as a factor.

NightlitEquinox: [Setsuna] Exia is only slightly faster than the Raptor... but that's enough, it requires charging through a beam and losing a lower leg... but who cares you can fly anyway. And the Raptor doesn't explode, but it sacrifices the arm with the beam SMG in order to stay alive.
wyverncakes: *"If there was one more of you, then _maybe_ I'd be in trouble!" Josh snaps as he charges at the Raptor closest to him while bringing up a firing solution for the other two. Moments later the Aile becomes a center point of death, beam spikes shooting out from its shield at the one Raptor as its Impulse Thrusters swing up to blast at the other two. Right now, keeping up the pressure and making them slip-up are his top priorities.+
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] The unfortunate downside to Amuro's plan is that he can't see what the Blue Raptor is doing anymore than it can see what he is doing. NEWTYPE FLASH! The colony has been broken beneath him by beam fire, and the Gundam is simply being sucked into space! He only has a few seconds to react! Meanwhile the Blue Raptor has anchored itself to... in fact the colony sealant that was covering the OLD hole they made when they entered the colony in the first place.
(Amuro react!)
ACEPILOTAMURO: "Tch- You'd even do something like that!?"
NightlitEquinox: Meanwhile. Kamille and Nadia might want to duck... or at least pick a different location. Cause the Raptors seem to be converging on the exact location you are headed to!
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille and Nadia, react)
Camiu: Kamille: Damnit! *Begins to run to the hangar!*
ACEPILOTAMURO: *The Gundams Verniers immediately kick in to counter the force of sudden vacuume, effectively taking him out of close-range+
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I told you this was a bad idea! What are you doing?!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia tries to pull back. "That's exactly where they're headed!"
Camiu: Kamille: My parents are working on a Gundam for the Titans! If we get there first, I can use it to fight back!
NightlitEquinox: Cue explosions as the Raptor's throw some sort of explosive at the University.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia is thrown off her feet by the explosion!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "They're causing too much damage!"
NightlitEquinox: Anyone who knows the specs would know this is not their normal payload.
Camiu: Kamille is knocked onto his ass
ZebulonCrispi: Her eyes widen in horror as she looks up at the destruction.
Shaun Garin: Shirley: TCH!
Camiu: Kamille: They're trying to destroy the colony? Are they nuts?
wyverncakes: Josh: "Stay calm and keep fighting! If we keep the pressure up they'll have to focus on us!"
Shaun Garin: Shirley: I'm going to check for anyone in the current zone! Hang tight!
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] Amuro tries to go against the vacuum... but apparently the Blue Raptor pilot was counting on that, Amuro finds himself pincered by beam fire and... then he is in a... precarious position... but at least he's not in space. He is simply covered in Colony Resealant... and part of the colony outer wall. Following this the Blue Raptor pilot simply leaves. Apparently destroying you isn't on the agenda.
NightlitEquinox: (Amuro downed)
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "NO!"
wyverncakes: Josh: "Setsuna, don't lose it!"
Camiu: Kamille: *Spies Shriley coming their way.* O-OI! OVER HERE!!!
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Keep it together!
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Oh! Coming! *zooms fast+
ACEPILOTAMURO: Amuro jams on the Gundams controls, cursing to himself as he tries to get a reaction out of the mobile suit
Camiu: Kamille: *Blinks* That kind of speed...!
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Wh-What's..."
NightlitEquinox: The Raptor's descend towards the remains of the school...
NightlitEquinox: Only to get blind sided by a Black Gundam!
NightlitEquinox: Kamille recognizes THAT Gundam.
NightlitEquinox: Also the fighting style of the pilot.
Camiu: Kamille: That Mobile Suit!
NightlitEquinox: He kinda hates the guy.
Camiu: Kamille: Leiutenant Jerid!
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Friend of yours?
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "What the hell is going on?!"
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille isn't on the comm Shirley can't really talk to him)
Shaun Garin: (crap sorry)
NightlitEquinox: Nadia on the other hand, sees something when the explosion clears.
NightlitEquinox: Apparently they were targetting her school for a reason. There appears to be a bunker there... with... mobile suits. Including a certain Gundam.
NightlitEquinox: There are also the remains of a laboratory, though it looks like it's mostly deserted cause of the klaxxons.
ZebulonCrispi: Something clicks in Nadia's mind. Something she hasn't thought about in over a year.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "...That mobile suit... it was actually completed?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I know that suit!"
NightlitEquinox: Shockingly, nest to that mobile suit is... another Black Gundam?
NightlitEquinox: Apparently, Jerid protecting the school makes a LOT more sense now.
Camiu: Kamille: So they were hiding it there?
Camiu: Kamille: Time to go! *Runs to the Black Gundam*
ZebulonCrispi: She's not listening to Kamille. Everything's going to hell, but this... this is something she'd been preparing for.
ZebulonCrispi: She starts walking, then running, towards the white mobile suit.
NightlitEquinox: Nadia reaches the Gundam Freya!
NightlitEquinox: And it IS the Gundam Freya, exactly how she remembers it's supposed to look like.
ZebulonCrispi: She jumps up and into the cockpit, taking it in with a certain amount of nervousness. It's not quite like the simulation, but it's close.
NightlitEquinox: A man intervenes Kamille. He has curly black hair and is wearing a Federation, not Titan, military uniform. "You there! What are you doing here!" He asks.
Camiu: Kamille: Sir! Do you have anybody here who can pilot that machine?
NightlitEquinox: Nadia can activate the Gundam Freya!
NightlitEquinox: (Nadia)
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Okay... I trained for five years... I can do this!"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna is suspicious of any scenario that has this many Gundams working for an indeterminate number of sides.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Freya, answer me!"
ZebulonCrispi: The Gundam starts up smoothly, slowly rising to a standing position.
NightlitEquinox: Bright (Cause who are we kidding, we all know who it is) "That is none of your concern. This is a restricted area!"
ZebulonCrispi: A new voice comes on the comm channel! It sounds like someone who isn't quite sure what they're doing, but isn't going to stop, either.
NightlitEquinox: The Blue Raptor reaches the sky above the school at this point... takes one look at the active Gundam... and flies off in the other direction.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "This... This is Nadia, a student from Rauha Technical Institute!"
Camiu: Kamille: The moment this colony was attacked and our lives were put in danger it became my concern! *Now shoving him aside to try and get inside the Gundam!*
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Why are you attacking our colony? We haven't done anything wrong!"
NightlitEquinox: Bright tries to get to Kamille... but is surprised by the boys agility and fails, if barely. "HEY! Get back here!"
Camiu: Kamille: *Jumps into the open Cockpit* Sorry! *Closes it, and begins the start up procedure he memorized from his father's notes*
NightlitEquinox: Unknown Man's Voice "Just bad luck. Didn't know anyone could pilot that thing though. Oh well, just business." And then the Blue Raptor is headed towards the side wall where it shoots ANOTHER mobile suit sized hole in the colony, presumably to escape.
NightlitEquinox: (Anyone who wants to can react)
NightlitEquinox: Meanwhile Shirley reaches the Kamille Situation.
NightlitEquinox: Only to find soldier's pointing guns at her.
wyverncakes: *Josh is kinda wrapped up with a trio of other Raptors, but fuck it, he's got the Cypher Gun and he tries to at least hit it.+
NightlitEquinox: "A witch! You are not permitted on these premises!"
ACEPILOTAMURO: "You're getting out that easily!?" Amuro's gundam might be out of commision right now, but his com link still works. He's less than thrilled.
NightlitEquinox: The soldier obviously is holding back a sneer. The other soldier's don't seem to like her much either.
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Oh shut it. You guys are getting your butts handed to you. Whatcha going to do about it? Scared of a 'little girly'?
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's not going to worry about someone who's leaving! There's enough chaos here.
NightlitEquinox: Unknown Man "Hey, that voice... Amuro Ray? Huh, never thought I'd get to fight the great Amuro Ray. Looks like the skies on my side today, who'd a thought?"
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] The Titan soldiers fire on Shirley.
NightlitEquinox: (Shirley react)
ZebulonCrispi: * She lines the mech's sights up with the closest raptor, and opens fire with the head vulcans. +
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "GET OUT!"
Shaun Garin: *Shirley's going to go straight up, form a shield and dive bomb them!+
NightlitEquinox: Meanwhile Kamille gets in the Gundam!
NightlitEquinox: Much to Bright's dismay!
ACEPILOTAMURO: "Who-!?"
Camiu: Kamille: *Activating the intercom as he finishes up the start-up process* OI! Leave her alone!
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] Easily evades the Titan's gunfire... and to their dismay when they turn their guns on her again the shield protects her entirely. They scatter when she divebombs them... then she finds a lack Gundam leg coming down on top of her from above!
NightlitEquinox: (Shirley react)
Shaun Garin: *Shirley's going to pour on the speed with a tremendous burst of her engines screaming, making the shortest exit strategy from that -- a straight line+
NightlitEquinox: Jerid "What's going on here!? What's a witch doing in the bunker?"
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille)
NightlitEquinox: (Josh and Setsuna)
Camiu: Kamille screams with a righteous fury, "I SAID LEAVE HER ALONE!" as he gets the Mk-II he's in from a lying position to punching Jerid's Mk-II to the Ground!
wyverncakes: Josh: "Well at least a few more people have shown up to help..."
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley and Kamille] Jerid wasn't really seriously trying to crush Shirley, and she easily gets out of the way. Only to get blind sided by the punch from the other SUPPOSED to be inactive Gundam MkII. He falls down... and pretty much wrecks whatever was left of the laboratory in the process.
NightlitEquinox: (AND NOW COMES THE EPIC CHOICE!)
wyverncakes: *Still, there's a lot of Raptors to worry about, and so he brings the Cypher Gun up before blasting out towards another Raptor, unloading a hail of machinegun rounds at its head.+
NightlitEquinox: The White Chalice crew is contacted by a federation soldier, "A top secret Gundam is in the process of being stolen. We are aware who you are, and we are aware you can help us. Please retrieve the Black Gundam for us. Preferably intact, the pilot is of no consequence."
Captain Gardock: Setsuna grimaces. He's not changing how this battle would have gone in the first place; the colony is chaos.
NightlitEquinox: Dan "Uh... I don't know what's going on... I'll leave it up to you."
wyverncakes: Josh quickly opens up a channel to Shirley. "Shirley... you're the one closest to that black Gundam. What's the deal with it?"
Shaun Garin: Shirley: There's two civilian pilots from what I can tell. Those Fed bozos are trying to keep me from it. Want me to go knock on the door, say hi? Maybe bring some of Kadoya's cake?
ACEPILOTAMURO: Amuro bristles at that last line. 'the pilot is of no consequence'... that's exactly why he's not with the federation right now. -Not that he can do anything about it at the moment or anything.
Captain Gardock: * Setsuna completely ignores the request and puts all his anger into dealing with Raptors. They're the ones responsible for the conflict here. Saber in one hand and sword on the other, Exia strikes at two of the suits in one fluid movement. +
NightlitEquinox: [Everyone] The Raptor, which was not expecting this at all, is shot down! The other Raptor looks at the situation and decide... that whoever was in the Blue Raptor had the right idea! The 3 remaining intact Raptors easily escape... however there are 3 damaged Raptors which are less than effective at their escape!

NightlitEquinox: Jerid laughs, "Why should I apologize to you." He contacts the White Chalice group again, "Do you guys really want to make an enemy of the Earth Federation?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's not sure where to go from here! She doesn't have any experience dealing with Earth Sphere politics.
Captain Gardock: Setsuna has nothing to say to that. For his part, he kind of already has.
NightlitEquinox: Actually, the colony HAS seen better days, but really a few mobile suit sized holes isn't that much stress on it.
NightlitEquinox: Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the surrounding area of city... or the population within it.
Camiu: Kamile: ...
wyverncakes: Josh has been busy resealing some of those holes, simply because structural integrity was one thing, oxygen supply was another.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's trying really hard not to think about all of that. Just hold it together until this is over.
wyverncakes: However, he stops and then turns to the standing Mk. II
wyverncakes: Josh: "It's almost funny. You'd expect a Federation officer to be doing this rather than a mercenary."
wyverncakes: "And yet there you are worrying about hardware rather than civilian lives."
NightlitEquinox: Jerid "It's not like it's MY colony. Besides, I'm kinda at beam saber point right now."
Camiu: Kamille is now trying to contact the White Chalice Crew. "I don't know who you people are, but you did what you could to help the Colony. Please, let me go with you!"

ZebulonCrispi: Nadia hesitates, her saber lowering a little.

ZebulonCrispi: She looks at the White Chalice, which fought to protect the colony...

ZebulonCrispi: ...and at her university, in destroyed ruins.

ACEPILOTAMURO: The Gundam glued to the wall currently opens a channel as well. "White Challace, please respond!"

Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "...I'll cut you down." He reignites his GN Saber and goes to work.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia focuses back on the Gundam in front of her!
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Okay, we're going to leave this colony now. You should do the same."
ACEPILOTAMURO: "Much appreciated. The third Mk II is around here? I'll help you recover it."
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "There's nothing to gain by fighting here."

Shaun Garin: Shirley: Glad to see everythings going off without a hitch. If you can call this mess a hitch...
NightlitEquinox: Jerid "Dammit. Like I want to be in this stupid colony anyway!" As soon as Nadia lets him go, he takes the Gundam Mkii and leaves.
Camiu: Kamille Gets his Mk-II up and goes towards the Chalice.
ZebulonCrispi: Gundam Freya grimly walks towards the Chalice.
ZebulonCrispi: Is Project Midgard awakening earlier than expected...?
wyverncakes: Well... *that* was a colossally confusion fight and Josh knows he has more than a few questions on his mind
wyverncakes: But he opens up a channel to the White Chalice again. "... How much longer until we're ready to leave?"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna opens up a private line with Amuro... then closes it.
NightlitEquinox: Dan is all giggly... but then his voice levels out. "To all Colonists... the White Chalice and her crew will do what we can to help with the repairs. We must be going by tomorrow, but we will do everything we can to help in the mean time."
NightlitEquinox: And when you all look around... well... a good chunk of one of the most populated areas of the colony is damaged.
wyverncakes: Well, that answers his question. And with that he has the Aile head back to the ship. He's going to want some answers.
Shaun Garin: Shirley begins flying back to the Chalice as well, but she keeps her guard up. This day was just way too weird compounding on the weirdness.
NightlitEquinox: The death toll must have been incredible, but you have no clue what it is. The property damage is virtually irreversible. The best that's going to be able to be done for these people is jury rigging temporary buildings for the moment. And the University, as well as the surrounding area, is simply totaled.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Amuro frowns. The Federations way of doing things has only gotten worse...
NightlitEquinox: So Dan is't sure how to categorize this... technically you won... but... it's definitely a pyrric victory.
NightlitEquinox: MISSION COMPLETE
NightlitEquinox: The White Chalice has stopped off at Space Colony 8088, known to the locals as Rauha for supplies and some much needed R&R. You aren't planning on spending more than a few hours here before you head off towards the peripheral Orb colony, Heliopolis for the rondevous. But for the time being, everyone has time to explore the area.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia, meanwhile, is just getting out of an exam on Minovsky particle physics, and knows nothing about the White Chalice!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna's never actually been on a colony before, so sheer curiosity is enough to get even him wandering around.
NightlitEquinox: Oh, except Kamille.
NightlitEquinox: He's in a cell somewhere. All he knows is that he has been moved from his home colony. And he only knows this because of a stunt of time with no gravity.
NightlitEquinox: So what are you all doing?
Camiu: Kamille is currently being 'interrogated' by a Titans Officer for decking Jerid!
NightlitEquinox: Yes, he is in fact!
NightlitEquinox: Though it's less of an interrogation and more an asshole badgering him.
wyverncakes: Joshua's getting a chance to stretch his legs
Camiu: And Kamille's just sorta glaring back at the douche
wyverncakes: It's been a while since he's been on a space colony. Last time he was he'd been working with Calvina back when she was the White Lynx
NightlitEquinox: Now all of you are doing whatever it is you are doing when... the alarm klaxons go off, and all hell breaks loose.
Camiu: That would be Kamille's cue to jet, as he's gonna just throw the folder into the officer's face and bolt
wyverncakes: Josh is on the alert!
NightlitEquinox: Kamille barely gets away from the soldier.
ZebulonCrispi: (Are there klaxxons at the university?)
NightlitEquinox: (Definitely)
wyverncakes: Josh: "Setsuna... we need to get back to the ship."
NightlitEquinox: Fortunately! The colony patrol is ready!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna fingers a handgun in his pocket. "Right."
NightlitEquinox: Unfortunately they are far less able than they are prepared.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "What the--"
NightlitEquinox: They are using Argos, which are basically something between a Zaku and a Leo... in otherwords... INCREDIBLY mooky.
wyverncakes: And with that he starts to quickly move back, readying a pistol of his own. "Once we know what's going on we can decide our actions from there."
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia runs outside, trying to look around and see what the hell is going on.
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "They're getting ready to fight..." He dashes in the direction of the ship, and thus Exia.
Camiu: Kamille's mad dash is currently tapering off as he comes across the Titans' personal hangar
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille is being shoved off camera for now.)
NightlitEquinox: (I have a plan for this, just hold tight.)
Camiu: (Ah, right, sorry)
NightlitEquinox: That's when there is a sudden crash, Fortunately this happens miles away from you, or you would all be surely dead as a fairly large portion of the colony outer wall, including a block of the relatively upscale residential zone it contained falls out into space, killing numerous people and more importantly providing entry for a group of Rapters (they resemble non transforming Flags with prehensile wings). Of the 9 units, 8 of them are Orange while one of them is Blue.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Mobile suits? What are they doing here?"
wyverncakes: Josh is blown off his feet anyways (not like colonies are very stable when parts of it are blown out) before glaring back.
NightlitEquinox: The colony is quickly resealed, but the Raptors are flying towards a more heavily populated part of town, which happens to contain the campus of the university.
wyverncakes: But nevertheless, he quickly scrambles back up to his feet. "Nine. Not too much of a challenge." And in the low-gravity environment, the Aile was still dangerous.
NightlitEquinox: The Argos try to fight back... but their lack of mobility combined with the Raptors' beam weaponry made short work of them, despite a massive number advantage.
Camiu: Kamille was knocked around and is currently lying on his ass as he watches the massive curbstomp
NightlitEquinox: And Josh might want to rethink that, upon seeing the Raptors actually fight they are REALLY fast. Especially the blue one.
NightlitEquinox: Kamille actually finds himself in the area near the University as he wanders around the Titans base.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia sees the Raptors coming, picks a direction, and starts running.
NightlitEquinox: (Any of your White Chalice people who want to go to your mecha may do so)
ZebulonCrispi: She knows that running is kind of pointless, but it feels better than standing still.
NightlitEquinox: Nadia runs into a certain Blue Haired boy who is running in her direction! They may or may not crash into each other. (Kamille and Nadia... uh... interact!)
wyverncakes: Using this opportunity to finish sizing up the Raptors, Josh finally brings the Aile Chevalier online before opening up a channel to Setsuna. "Ready to do this?"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Exia, begin GN Particle dispersal. Priority pass to Setsuna F. Seiei." He climbs in at a run.
ZebulonCrispi: Long stride + low gravity = Nadia's moving pretty fast, and is distracted. Up to you, Kamille!
Camiu: Kamille is able to stop before she collides with him. "What's going on? I heard the Klaxons, and when I got outside, those wierd mobile suits were tearing the place apart!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I don't know, either!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "We're not at war with anyone! Are they terrorists?"
Camiu: Kamille: This is bad... Why haven't the Titans deployed? Their Hizacks might be able to push them back!
NightlitEquinox: Dan: Uh... we aren't done with the supplies! Someone at least get out there and protect our crew! Please? PRETTY PLEASE!?
NightlitEquinox: Dan seems rather disturbed, given that he can't really raise the shield or move or... anything really until the supply trucks clear the area.
NightlitEquinox: (Enemies: Raptor x8, Blue Raptor)
wyverncakes: Inside the Aile, Josh just nods. "Don't worry. Already on it..."
wyverncakes: "Joshua Radcliffe, Aile Chevalier; moving to intercept!"
Camiu: Kamille: *After a bit of thought, grabs Nadia's hand* This way! I know where the hangar for the Titans' mobile suits are!
Captain Gardock: "Exia, Setsuna F. Seiei. Eliminating the target!"
NightlitEquinox: (Initiative: Amuro, Josh, Setsuna, Shirley)
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia follows as an automatic reaction, but isn't sure about this. "Are you sure about that? Wouldn't they be attacking there?"
NightlitEquinox: (Amuro and Josh)
Camiu: Kamille: The fact that there are no Titan suits here is what worries me. All else fails, I might be able to use one of theirs!
NightlitEquinox: As Kamille leads Nadia around she notices something suspicious... the said "Titans' Mobile Suits" appear to be... quite close to her campus.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Somewhere on the far end of the colony, an odd blip appears on the radar- One that doesn't make much sense at first, an old EFF IFF code from the OYW.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Suddenly, there's a blast of light from nowhere- the astute would recognize is as the blast from an old Rick-Dom's Beam Bazooka-
wyverncakes: Blasting out of the White Chalice's hangar and its hoverboard functioning again, the Aile rockets out at the Raptors. Figuring the distinct one can get away with that though, he instead brings up the Cypher Gun and fires on one of the orange ones to test the water. "Let's see what you're made of...!"+

Shaun Garin: So very late for once due to a power nap, Shirley is taking off. Tiny little thing innit?
wyverncakes: Josh: "We don't have a choice. We need supplies and the colony's being attacked!"
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] The Rick-Dom's bazooka catches the Raptor off guard... It's bye bye pilot. However apparently he got someone's attention... the Blue Raptor immediately guns towards it. No Gundam is gonna beat up his troops and get away with it! And suddenly, OH GOD IT'S ALMOST FREEDOM LEVEL BEAM SPAM! As the unit shows up wielding not one but TWO rapid fire beam weapons!
NightlitEquinox: (Amuro... you are SO lucky you are Amuro... I mean react)

ACEPILOTAMURO: That cloak? It just happens to be anti-beam laminant sheilding. Still, evasive manuevers, as per usual!+

NightlitEquinox: [Josh] The Raptor barely manages to get out of the way of Josh's shot. It did however, get it's attention, and it and 5 of it's allies head towards the White Chalice forces. The Argos were proving absolutely not a threat, the two remaining Raptors were making short work of them.
NightlitEquinox: (Setsuna and Shirley)
Captain Gardock: Setsuna knows the 0 Gundam is on the Ptolemaiois, really.
Captain Gardock: And he shouldn't just be standing still like a giant target even if he were seeing its pilot on the battlefield.
Captain Gardock: * He forces himself to direct Exia towards the Raptors, taking a sword swing at an orange one. "RRAGH!" +
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Well at least he's broken out of his stupor...
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Well... I suppose this is a good break from boredom... ALLONS-Y!
Shaun Garin: *Shirley revs the engines. A tiny little thing hurling at the Raptors, and she pulls the trigger+
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] As soon as the first volley of beams hits the cloak, they begin to adjust themselves. They are incredibly accurate, even with Amuro's Newtype senses he is finding it difficult to evade the attacks. Especially since they don't seem to be aimed logically... Then he gets a sudden flash of insight about a certain volley of beams. They aren't aimed at the cloak or the mobile suit, rather they are aimed to cut between the cloak and the suit, separating the Gundam from it's beam defenses!
(Amuro react again)
ACEPILOTAMURO: The cloak was never going to last all that long anyway, and it was the sort of trick only likely to work once! (This isn't gunbuster *yet*)
ACEPILOTAMURO: The obvious answer (If you're amuro) is to throw it in front of himself as a distraction- while he draws a pair of beam sabers and proceeds to attempt to seperate one of those machines-
ACEPILOTAMURO: from it's weapon!
ACEPILOTAMURO: *
NightlitEquinox: [Setsuna] The Orange Raptor proves about as fast as a Flag, and it's pilot only slightly better than your average Union pilot. It manages to avoid a crippling blow but still loses an arm. Meanwhile two of the other Raptors flank Exia, one of them using a Short Beam saber while the other one uses a Beam SMG.

Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Roger!"
Captain Gardock: * Setsuna draws his own beam saber and relies on the magic of GN particles to take care of any hits he takes while moving in to stab the shooter.
wyverncakes: *The Raptors aren't the only machines on the battlefield that are fast, and with a burst from the Aile's Impulse Thrusters, the machine launches itself at the Raptor using its beam saber to run interferance. The Cypher Gun is switched to sword mode, and with a shout Josh brings the weapon sweeping down at Raptor.+
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] The Raptors... as fast as they are... are no match for her in speed. Also, her size makes it difficult for them to evade her attacks. So she connects. While their armor is good enough to mostly weather the bullets, a two of them get a few joints hit. One of them has a gimpy arm and the other has lost a wing, and touches down.
NightlitEquinox: (Enemies: Raptor x7 [1 missing an arm, 1 with a damaged arm, 1 grounded with a damaged wing], Blue Raptor)
NightlitEquinox: [Josh] The pilot of the Raptor was obviously not expecting something as fast and real looking as the Aile Chevalier to have QUITE such an XBOX Huge sword. And it almost panics as it falls back and barely evades the strike. It quickly recovers though and pulls out it's Beam SMG. It and 2 of the remaining Raptors, including the grounded one also draw Beam SMGs. Their intend obvious, remove the Aile Chevalier as a factor.

NightlitEquinox: [Setsuna] Exia is only slightly faster than the Raptor... but that's enough, it requires charging through a beam and losing a lower leg... but who cares you can fly anyway. And the Raptor doesn't explode, but it sacrifices the arm with the beam SMG in order to stay alive.
wyverncakes: *"If there was one more of you, then _maybe_ I'd be in trouble!" Josh snaps as he charges at the Raptor closest to him while bringing up a firing solution for the other two. Moments later the Aile becomes a center point of death, beam spikes shooting out from its shield at the one Raptor as its Impulse Thrusters swing up to blast at the other two. Right now, keeping up the pressure and making them slip-up are his top priorities.+
NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] The unfortunate downside to Amuro's plan is that he can't see what the Blue Raptor is doing anymore than it can see what he is doing. NEWTYPE FLASH! The colony has been broken beneath him by beam fire, and the Gundam is simply being sucked into space! He only has a few seconds to react! Meanwhile the Blue Raptor has anchored itself to... in fact the colony sealant that was covering the OLD hole they made when they entered the colony in the first place.

Camiu: Kamille: My parents are working on a Gundam for the Titans! If we get there first, I can use it to fight back!
NightlitEquinox: Cue explosions as the Raptor's throw some sort of explosive at the University.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia is thrown off her feet by the explosion!

NightlitEquinox: Anyone who knows the specs would know this is not their normal payload.
Camiu: Kamille is knocked onto his ass
ZebulonCrispi: Her eyes widen in horror as she looks up at the destruction.

NightlitEquinox: [Amuro] Amuro tries to go against the vacuum... but apparently the Blue Raptor pilot was counting on that, Amuro finds himself pincered by beam fire and... then he is in a... precarious position... but at least he's not in space. He is simply covered in Colony Resealant... and part of the colony outer wall. Following this the Blue Raptor pilot simply leaves. Apparently destroying you isn't on the agenda.

NightlitEquinox: Nadia on the other hand, sees something when the explosion clears.
NightlitEquinox: Apparently they were targetting her school for a reason. There appears to be a bunker there... with... mobile suits. Including a certain Gundam.
NightlitEquinox: There are also the remains of a laboratory, though it looks like it's mostly deserted cause of the klaxxons.
ZebulonCrispi: Something clicks in Nadia's mind. Something she hasn't thought about in over a year.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "...That mobile suit... it was actually completed?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I know that suit!"
NightlitEquinox: Shockingly, nest to that mobile suit is... another Black Gundam?
NightlitEquinox: Apparently, Jerid protecting the school makes a LOT more sense now.
Camiu: Kamille: So they were hiding it there?
Camiu: Kamille: Time to go! *Runs to the Black Gundam*
ZebulonCrispi: She's not listening to Kamille. Everything's going to hell, but this... this is something she'd been preparing for.
ZebulonCrispi: She starts walking, then running, towards the white mobile suit.
NightlitEquinox: Nadia reaches the Gundam Freya!
NightlitEquinox: And it IS the Gundam Freya, exactly how she remembers it's supposed to look like.
ZebulonCrispi: She jumps up and into the cockpit, taking it in with a certain amount of nervousness. It's not quite like the simulation, but it's close.
NightlitEquinox: A man intervenes Kamille. He has curly black hair and is wearing a Federation, not Titan, military uniform. "You there! What are you doing here!" He asks.
Camiu: Kamille: Sir! Do you have anybody here who can pilot that machine?
NightlitEquinox: Nadia can activate the Gundam Freya!

ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Okay... I trained for five years... I can do this!"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna is suspicious of any scenario that has this many Gundams working for an indeterminate number of sides.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Freya, answer me!"
ZebulonCrispi: The Gundam starts up smoothly, slowly rising to a standing position.
NightlitEquinox: Bright (Cause who are we kidding, we all know who it is) "That is none of your concern. This is a restricted area!"
ZebulonCrispi: A new voice comes on the comm channel! It sounds like someone who isn't quite sure what they're doing, but isn't going to stop, either.
NightlitEquinox: The Blue Raptor reaches the sky above the school at this point... takes one look at the active Gundam... and flies off in the other direction.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "This... This is Nadia, a student from Rauha Technical Institute!"
Camiu: Kamille: The moment this colony was attacked and our lives were put in danger it became my concern! *Now shoving him aside to try and get inside the Gundam!*
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Why are you attacking our colony? We haven't done anything wrong!"
NightlitEquinox: Bright tries to get to Kamille... but is surprised by the boys agility and fails, if barely. "HEY! Get back here!"
Camiu: Kamille: *Jumps into the open Cockpit* Sorry! *Closes it, and begins the start up procedure he memorized from his father's notes*
NightlitEquinox: Unknown Man's Voice "Just bad luck. Didn't know anyone could pilot that thing though. Oh well, just business." And then the Blue Raptor is headed towards the side wall where it shoots ANOTHER mobile suit sized hole in the colony, presumably to escape.

NightlitEquinox: Meanwhile Shirley reaches the Kamille Situation.
NightlitEquinox: Only to find soldier's pointing guns at her.

ACEPILOTAMURO: "You're getting out that easily!?" Amuro's gundam might be out of commision right now, but his com link still works. He's less than thrilled.
NightlitEquinox: The soldier obviously is holding back a sneer. The other soldier's don't seem to like her much either.
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Oh shut it. You guys are getting your butts handed to you. Whatcha going to do about it? Scared of a 'little girly'?
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's not going to worry about someone who's leaving! There's enough chaos here.
NightlitEquinox: Unknown Man "Hey, that voice... Amuro Ray? Huh, never thought I'd get to fight the great Amuro Ray. Looks like the skies on my side today, who'd a thought?"
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] The Titan soldiers fire on Shirley.

ZebulonCrispi: * She lines the mech's sights up with the closest raptor, and opens fire with the head vulcans. +

Camiu: Kamille: *Activating the intercom as he finishes up the start-up process* OI! Leave her alone!
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley] Easily evades the Titan's gunfire... and to their dismay when they turn their guns on her again the shield protects her entirely. They scatter when she divebombs them... then she finds a lack Gundam leg coming down on top of her from above!

Shaun Garin: *Shirley's going to pour on the speed with a tremendous burst of her engines screaming, making the shortest exit strategy from that -- a straight line+

Camiu: Kamille screams with a righteous fury, "I SAID LEAVE HER ALONE!" as he gets the Mk-II he's in from a lying position to punching Jerid's Mk-II to the Ground!
wyverncakes: Josh: "Well at least a few more people have shown up to help..."
NightlitEquinox: [Shirley and Kamille] Jerid wasn't really seriously trying to crush Shirley, and she easily gets out of the way. Only to get blind sided by the punch from the other SUPPOSED to be inactive Gundam MkII. He falls down... and pretty much wrecks whatever was left of the laboratory in the process.
NightlitEquinox: (AND NOW COMES THE EPIC CHOICE!)
wyverncakes: *Still, there's a lot of Raptors to worry about, and so he brings the Cypher Gun up before blasting out towards another Raptor, unloading a hail of machinegun rounds at its head.+
NightlitEquinox: The White Chalice crew is contacted by a federation soldier, "A top secret Gundam is in the process of being stolen. We are aware who you are, and we are aware you can help us. Please retrieve the Black Gundam for us. Preferably intact, the pilot is of no consequence."
Captain Gardock: Setsuna grimaces. He's not changing how this battle would have gone in the first place; the colony is chaos.
NightlitEquinox: Dan "Uh... I don't know what's going on... I'll leave it up to you."
wyverncakes: Josh quickly opens up a channel to Shirley. "Shirley... you're the one closest to that black Gundam. What's the deal with it?"
Shaun Garin: Shirley: There's two civilian pilots from what I can tell. Those Fed bozos are trying to keep me from it. Want me to go knock on the door, say hi? Maybe bring some of Kadoya's cake?
ACEPILOTAMURO: Amuro bristles at that last line. 'the pilot is of no consequence'... that's exactly why he's not with the federation right now. -Not that he can do anything about it at the moment or anything.
Captain Gardock: * Setsuna completely ignores the request and puts all his anger into dealing with Raptors. They're the ones responsible for the conflict here. Saber in one hand and sword on the other, Exia strikes at two of the suits in one fluid movement. +
NightlitEquinox: [Everyone] The Raptor, which was not expecting this at all, is shot down! The other Raptor looks at the situation and decide... that whoever was in the Blue Raptor had the right idea! The 3 remaining intact Raptors easily escape... however there are 3 damaged Raptors which are less than effective at their escape!
wyverncakes: Josh furrows his brow, thinking. "Civilians using Gundams and foul play involved..."
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Sounds like something bigs going on here.
ZebulonCrispi: Oh, good, they're retreating. But what about these other people...?
wyverncakes: "As long as they don't take any hostile actions towards us, we shouldn't attack them."
NightlitEquinox: (Anyone can take action on the damaged raptors!)
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Is anyone listening? What the hell is going on here?"
NightlitEquinox: Bright asnwers "Nadia Cross I presume?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia blinks. "You know my name?"
NightlitEquinox: Bright "Then our Intel is correct. Please stand down. And please tell the..." Before he can finish...
Camiu: Kamille is currently using Jerid's Mk-II as a spot to take a firing stance and try and shoot down the escaping raptors!

wyverncakes: Honestly? Josh is more focused on this whole issue with these two new Gundams than anything else
NightlitEquinox: [Kamille] Unfortunately Jerid doesn't like that idea, and using the building for leverage (and damaging it even more) shoves Kamille's MkII!
NightlitEquinox: (Kamille react)
wyverncakes: And shuffling through the various usual frequencies, he finally does catches the last bith of what Bright says.
wyverncakes: Josh: "... Excuse me, is this one of the people using the Gundams that just appeared?"
NightlitEquinox: The Raptors escape, by blowing more holes in the side of the colony.
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Ho-shit!
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "The colony's taking too much damage!"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "Argh!"
wyverncakes: Aaaaand just when he thought things would calm down.
NightlitEquinox: The Raptor with the broken wing gets help from one of it's less wing impaired colleagues.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "We have to stop fighting, or it'll fall apart!"
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Josh, can you patch me and you through to these guys?
NightlitEquinox: Well, at least the two Gundam MkIIs aren't armed. So all they are really doing is punching each other.
Camiu: Kamille is really interested in Jerid dying right now.
NightlitEquinox: Assuming Kamille is going to react to Jerid.
wyverncakes: Josh grunts as he tries to steady the Aile. "K-kinda busy but..." His hands dance around the controls and finally gets the connection. "Alright! That should do it!"

Shaun Garin: Shirley: Thanks! Gundam people, you two! in the black and white! We come in peace! Relatively! Sorry if this is a bad time but we gotta get off this place pronto! It's falling apart!
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia focuses on the only two things still fighting - the Gundam MkIIs.
ZebulonCrispi: * She picks one at random and steps forward sharply, slamming it with Freya's massive shield! It happens to be Kamille's.
ZebulonCrispi: As she does, she activates Freya's beam saber, in case the other retaliates. +
Camiu: Kamille is knocked down!
Camiu: He's also knocked out of his rage. "W-what?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I don't want to see any more fighting on this colony!"
Camiu: Kamille is frozen by this proclamation. That voice, the girl from before!

ZebulonCrispi: She kind of shakily points the beam saber at the remaining standing Gundam!

NightlitEquinox: Jerid responds, "Look lady, I was just defending this place! All you spacenoids have no fucking gratitude!"
wyverncakes: Josh grits his teeth
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "I don't care what your reasons are! Look around you!"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Hasn't there been enough death already?!"
wyverncakes: Great, someone who obviously would end up antagonizing this Nadia girl.

NightlitEquinox: Jerid looks around, "So? None of this is my fault. Besides, I'm hardly blowing up a colony without any weaponry."

Shaun Garin: Shirley: Better make up your mind. This place is pretty wrecked and I don't like talking in vacuum.
NightlitEquinox: Jerid laughs, "Why should I apologize to you." He contacts the White Chalice group again, "Do you guys really want to make an enemy of the Earth Federation?"
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's not sure where to go from here! She doesn't have any experience dealing with Earth Sphere politics.
Captain Gardock: Setsuna has nothing to say to that. For his part, he kind of already has.
NightlitEquinox: Actually, the colony HAS seen better days, but really a few mobile suit sized holes isn't that much stress on it.
NightlitEquinox: Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the surrounding area of city... or the population within it.
Camiu: Kamile: ...
wyverncakes: Josh has been busy resealing some of those holes, simply because structural integrity was one thing, oxygen supply was another.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia's trying really hard not to think about all of that. Just hold it together until this is over.
wyverncakes: However, he stops and then turns to the standing Mk. II
wyverncakes: Josh: "It's almost funny. You'd expect a Federation officer to be doing this rather than a mercenary."
wyverncakes: "And yet there you are worrying about hardware rather than civilian lives."
NightlitEquinox: Jerid "It's not like it's MY colony. Besides, I'm kinda at beam saber point right now."
Camiu: Kamille is now trying to contact the White Chalice Crew. "I don't know who you people are, but you did what you could to help the Colony. Please, let me go with you!"
NightlitEquinox: Dan "Uh... you are the guy that stole the Gundam right?"

ZebulonCrispi: Nadia hesitates, her saber lowering a little.
Camiu: Kamille: Not his, but I do know where the third is

ZebulonCrispi: She looks at the White Chalice, which fought to protect the colony...
wyverncakes: "I can live with not being allies to people like you."
ZebulonCrispi: ...and at her university, in destroyed ruins.

wyverncakes: Josh can't help but breathe a sigh of relief.
NightlitEquinox: Dan to everyone else, "Ignore the Titans. We just got two prototype Gundams out of this whole affair!"
Camiu: Kamille: Hey, is there anybody amongst you that can pilot a Mobile Suit? I know where a third Mk-II is!
wyverncakes: "Look on the bright side, Feddie. We're taking two troublemakers off of your hands for you."
ACEPILOTAMURO: The Gundam glued to the wall currently opens a channel as well. "White Challace, please respond!"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "!"
Camiu: Kamille: Huh?
Shaun Garin: Shirley: Looks like we've got someone else on the horn...
NightlitEquinox: Dan responds to Amuro "Hey! Wait... Amuro Ray?"

NightlitEquinox: Dan "This is like... magic Gundam land or something."

ACEPILOTAMURO: "This is Amuro Ray, formerly of the Earth Federations Thirteenth Autonomous Corps. I have no intention of returning to the Earth Federation forces- However, if you're reqruiting, I don't mind joining you for the time being."
NightlitEquinox: Dan "...Who is going to argue with getting Amuro Ray!"
NightlitEquinox: Dan seems pleased.
NightlitEquinox: Jerid seems less pleased.
Captain Gardock: Exia flies slowly over to Amuro's suit.
NightlitEquinox: It actually wouldn't be that hard to cut out of the resealant with a GN Blade.
Camiu: Kamille Notes that the third Mk-II happens to be near the Exia and Amuro.
NightlitEquinox: Sure! We can go with that!
Captain Gardock: Setsuna: "...I'll cut you down." He reignites his GN Saber and goes to work.
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia focuses back on the Gundam in front of her!
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "Okay, we're going to leave this colony now. You should do the same."
ACEPILOTAMURO: "Much appreciated. The third Mk II is around here? I'll help you recover it."
ZebulonCrispi: Nadia: "There's nothing to gain by fighting here."

Shaun Garin: Shirley: Glad to see everythings going off without a hitch. If you can call this mess a hitch...
NightlitEquinox: Jerid "Dammit. Like I want to be in this stupid colony anyway!" As soon as Nadia lets him go, he takes the Gundam Mkii and leaves.
Camiu: Kamille Gets his Mk-II up and goes towards the Chalice.
ZebulonCrispi: Gundam Freya grimly walks towards the Chalice.
ZebulonCrispi: Is Project Midgard awakening earlier than expected...?
wyverncakes: Well... *that* was a colossally confusion fight and Josh knows he has more than a few questions on his mind
wyverncakes: But he opens up a channel to the White Chalice again. "... How much longer until we're ready to leave?"
Captain Gardock: Setsuna opens up a private line with Amuro... then closes it.
NightlitEquinox: Dan is all giggly... but then his voice levels out. "To all Colonists... the White Chalice and her crew will do what we can to help with the repairs. We must be going by tomorrow, but we will do everything we can to help in the mean time."
NightlitEquinox: And when you all look around... well... a good chunk of one of the most populated areas of the colony is damaged.
wyverncakes: Well, that answers his question. And with that he has the Aile head back to the ship. He's going to want some answers.
Shaun Garin: Shirley begins flying back to the Chalice as well, but she keeps her guard up. This day was just way too weird compounding on the weirdness.
NightlitEquinox: The death toll must have been incredible, but you have no clue what it is. The property damage is virtually irreversible. The best that's going to be able to be done for these people is jury rigging temporary buildings for the moment. And the University, as well as the surrounding area, is simply totaled.
ACEPILOTAMURO: Amuro frowns. The Federations way of doing things has only gotten worse...
NightlitEquinox: So Dan is't sure how to categorize this... technically you won... but... it's definitely a pyrric victory.
