(10:08:37 PM): In the time since the X-1, X-2, and the Blue Frame paid a visit to the White Chalice, the two ships have drawn much closer to the colony. And more importantly, off in the distance, a fairly blocky, rectangular ship can be seen.

(10:17:39 PM): [Kinkaid] Still taking advantage of the overall panic of the enemy soldiers, the X-1 is able to deftly get in close to the Erebado and for a second it almost looks like the X-1 actually *did* get shot right in its cloak! But it keeps on going anyways, and before the Erebado pilot knows what's happening his machine is torn apart!
(10:18:28 PM): Fortunately though, the midsection of the Erebado is still intact, its pilot still more or less safe inside.

(10:24:38 PM): [Zabine] The Pez Batara falls back even before it sees the weapon; sometimes intimidating the enemy too much can be a bad thing. And before long suddenly the machine becomes beset by two more normal Batara's, their beam sabers suddenly slashing down. It looks like gradually these forces are finding their courage.

(10:29:27 PM): "Tch, looks like your loyalty has no bounds." Zabine calmly says, raising X-2's arm. The brand marker of one arm activates, creating a web-like beam shield to hold back the sabers. Once Zabine finds an opening, he picks up the pirate-like beam zaber. Then he swings the blade at all 3 Bataras in a wide swipe+

(10:29:28 PM): *Haruka thought for a bit. She couldn't really hit those small mobile suits without killing the pilots, and they were already pretty fast to deal with...so, instead, she got an idea.
Quickly, she sped up towards the the Smashion, Imber's gravity shield working as hard as it could to protect her from attacks. Then, she used the leg thrusters to slow down and match the ship's velocity, before talking on the open channel.
"Please! Stand down, unless you want me to crush this vessel!"
To back up her threat, the fist armor deployed over Imber's right hand, and she drew it back in front of the bridge.+

(10:30:06 PM): [Lowe] The Blue Frame's shots are precise; with 8 backing up Lowe his aim is almost perfect. Though... almost. Two of the Batara's do lose their right hands, the third, unfortunately manages to just barely dodge, the beam grazing its arm and scarring it... but almost immediately afterwards a shot is fired in retaliation at the Blue Frame!

(10:32:03 PM): *Vernier thrusters activate as the Blue Frame takes a sudden jump back, trying to evade the shot by hiding behind a nearby meteorite... or perhaps a piece of debris left behind by the colony.+
(10:32:38 PM): Lowe: "Great aiming, 8! I can't let these guys scratch my suit's fresh paint job!"

(10:34:03 PM): [Zabine] The beam sabers meet resistance! Crashing into the shield, the three pilots don't let up, their combined might gradually working to overpower the shield. They've almost got it, they've almost- And they see the Beam Zanber a moment too late. In one smooth move, all three have been disarmed and blown away by the sheer power of the X-2's attack!
(10:35:44 PM): [Haruka] Charging all the way through an enemy thicket of grunts straight at their ship? Not without a few of them suddenly seeing the massive Imber as their top priority! A slew of the machines fly after Haruka, potshots barely missing the machine time and time again, and when it suddenly stops to issue that challenge, it's suddenly a sitting duck as a Paz Batara comes lunging straight at it, axe head ignited to take the machine's whole arm off!

He pulls a glob of plasma from Prometheus' back generator, and shapes it into a thin, stable sheet - something that deals no damage but blocks shots and can be used to entangle enemy. And he throws it at one Pez Batara still in combat like a net! Nevermind that as a side effect, this changes his trajectory and causes him to float back.+

(10:42:55 PM): [Werter] The gambit works, and suddenly the Pez Batara finds itself trapped in the energy net. It struggles and tries to cut through all the energy, but for the life of it it just can't.

(10:48:32 PM): [Sanger] It's a big sword, alright, but there's also quite a number of Erebados, and they soon enough start to break and try to dodge the attacks. Two unlucky pilots still get their machines expertly cut, huge parts of them both falling apart as the two pilots sheepishly try to get out... right before the Grungust is suddenly best by numerous CIWS emplacements and missiles, fired straight from the Smashion! Hey, how could a civilian ship have weaponry like that on it?

Thankfully it's liquid metal so the damage isn't seriously, but it can only protect so much of the machine and soon rounds begin to crash into the mech's arms and legs, scorching the armor and beginning to inflict damage. It reacts a moment too late to save itself fully, but the machine gets one of its hands caught in Imber's mighty grasp. For a second it almost seems to flail around... right before it brings its other hand up and fires a beam rifle shot straight at Imber's head!

The beam slams into the the fist, gravity shields trying to do their best to take the edge off from the attack, but it still bites into the machine's frame! It blows out at an angle just below the wrist, and Imber's hand is damaged... but it's still going! And it damn near smashes apart that side of the Batara!

But it keeps on going anyways, and before the Erebado pilot knows what's happening his machine is torn apart!

(10:29:28 PM): *Haruka thought for a bit. She couldn't really hit those small mobile suits without killing the pilots, and they were already pretty fast to deal with...so, instead, she got an idea.
Quickly, she sped up towards the the Smashion, Imber's gravity shield working as hard as it could to protect her from attacks. Then, she used the leg thrusters to slow down and match the ship's velocity, before talking on the open channel.
"Please! Stand down, unless you want me to crush this vessel!"
To back up her threat, the fist armor deployed over Imber's right hand, and she drew it back in front of the bridge.+

(10:35:44 PM): [Haruka] Charging all the way through an enemy thicket of grunts straight at their ship? Not without a few of them suddenly seeing the massive Imber as their top priority! A slew of the machines fly after Haruka, potshots barely missing the machine time and time again, and when it suddenly stops to issue that challenge, it's suddenly a sitting duck as a Paz Batara comes lunging straight at it, axe head ignited to take the machine's whole arm off!

It's not serious... but if this keeps up...

It reacts a moment too late to save itself fully, but the machine gets one of its hands caught in Imber's mighty grasp. For a second it almost seems to flail around... right before it brings its other hand up and fires a beam rifle shot straight at Imber's head!

The beam slams into the the fist, gravity shields trying to do their best to take the edge off from the attack, but it still bites into the machine's frame! It blows out at an angle just below the wrist, and Imber's hand is damaged... but it's still going! And it damn near smashes apart that side of the Batara!
