Upgrade Requests

Have an upgraded mech in your plot? Want to add on some noncanonical weapons to your current ride? Want to get some equipment to turn your character from a 10-year-old doofus into a credible threat in a firefight? This is the post to ask for it.

Reply here with any proposed upgrades. This can be equipment for your mech, an entirely new or modified-into-unrecognizeability mech, or equipment for on-foot fights - anything more complex than an assault rifle on foot should be requested.

The mods will consider each upgrade application and either approve it, or suggest modifications if we feel it's outside the realm of appropriate gameplay additions. Please request upgrades before you use them in character.

Required information

Player alias, the character you are requesting for and the character's canon: Yeah, we can't do anything if we don't know who you are.
New or drastically altered mech: Should follow the same writeup guidelines as on the mecha section of the original app. If you want to upgrade to a mech you already detailed for us in your app, link to it here or remind us that it's in our inbox if you sent it privately. If not, please write a detailed description.
Modifying your existing mech: Just post with a general idea of the upgrades/modifications.
Wacky new guns or martial arts training: Again, give us a general idea of what you're intending.
Temporarily piloting a generic mecha that the White Chalice picked up: Don't need to bother posting here! Just head to Un-assigned mecha and pick one. That's what they're there for.

Special case: Cross-canon upgrades

In some cases, a character might want some ability, weapon, or technology from a completely different originating canon. For example, someone might want to pick up a Nanoha-style magical Device or Kamen Rider henshin doohickey as a weapon for on-foot missions, or add some radio-controlled Fangs to their non-Gundam 00 mobile suit. This is acceptable, and we will approve things that add variety to a character's abilities, but upgrades like these will be given added scrutiny, and subject to a few guidelines:

1) Your character will not be as effective with something from another canon as the characters from that canon. People like Amuro Ray and Nanoha Takamachi are ludicrously effective with their chosen tools through intense training, natural ability, and heavily personalized weapons. You can't just pick up a magic staff or mobile suit and duplicate their abilities.
2) Your character will not be as effective with something from another canon as they are with their own canonical abilities. This is to give flavor, fallbacks, and roleplaying opportunities, not to have a lame mobile suit pilot discover his true calling as a Kamen Rider and give up on his Zaku.
3) Please ask permission out of character from members of the canon you wish to borrow from. They have right of first refusal.
4) Bear in mind in-character restrictions on abilities. You won't become a Gundam Fighter without at least enough super strength to handle the Mobile Trace System, and you cannot become an Otome without the blessing of several important NPCs. Or if you're a man.
5) Don't be this guy. We will ban you, and then we will laugh at you.

New mech, Julia's midseason upgrade, the Corona! As in the HK-1138 model, the one meant for actual combat!

Robot Description: During the events of the third mission, Julia acquires the first (and only) combat-model Corona ever made, which was produced practically on the eve of Herrera Futuristics's hostile takeover by Danconias-Phillips. As a machine actually meant for fighting, it's drastically superior to the test model, being faster, armed with actual weapons built into it this time, and just as capable of fighting in the air as it is in space or on the ground. The machine also looks roughly the same, only differntiated by being a darker shade of magenta and also sporting a whole slew of tron lines all over its body.

Unlike the propaganda model, the combat model's leg thrusters provide a noticeably greater and better-regulated thrust. The effects help a lot in space, and in an atmosphere they let the Corona keep up with dedicated flyers. Its chest-mounted laser is also fully-functioning, and rather than merely disorient close enemies the cannon packs a devastating punch behind it, enabling the Corona to disable even smaller capital ships with a lucky shot from outside the range of its other weapons. However, the cannon does have a tremendous drain on the machine's power, robbing it of its more energy-based weaponry (as well as deactivating the microwave emitters on its sword) until a decent charge is recovered. Lastly, the missile tubes on the Corona's back are outfitted and prepped for any sort of missile that can be fitted inside, although they're primarily used as chaffs to throw off enemy targeting.

This Corona also is equipped with an anti-beam defensive system, in practice the counterpart to the Kinetic Dispersal Units equipped on the various Thaumata machines Julia will be fighting. The machine is outfitted with a certain kind of anti-beam gas, which drastically takes the edge off projectile beam weaponry fired into it and allows the Corona to be better protected against all but the strongest kinds of beam weapons. Vents are also located all over the frame of the machine, each one capable of releasing a burst of the gas or just let it gradually flow out.

Rounding out the upgrade is a pair of HFM Blades that are mounted on a rack on the Corona's backside, as well as an experimental railgun developed specifically for the Corona; the first every fully automatic railgun. Though good trigger discipline is required to use the weapon effectively, lest one waste all the ammo, it is very much an improvement over the railgun Julia used previously.

That said, the combat model has one glaring difficulty Julia will have to overcome through sheer determination and hours of practice: a different control scheme. Though actually a more streamlined design meant to be more intuitive for pilots, it prevents her from piloting it as well as she'd be able to under more ideal circumstances. Thus, for the months following acquiring it, Julia's going to have to bust her hump to overcome that double-edged Irgelion muscle memory and get used to not only a different control scheme, but superior performance.

Nanohana "Hana" Himesaki / Project PreDestiny: The Rainbow Jewel of Hope / Modifying Existing Mech

Unit Being Modified: Desu Tsubomi

With a few new toys to play with, I wanna go ahead and go with an small upgrade for her unit (that can also be swapped with the Desu Erika)

It's what she's going to refer to as "Sword and Shield Mode". It's two simple forearm length bracers that can fit on the Desu units with three simple devices on each - the "Dream Fleuret", a beam saber; the "Emerald Saucer", a beam shield; and the "Prism Chain", a re-themed Slash Harken. Beyond being modified to run off Desu machines' power, they're the same as the usual devices they're based off of.

Beyond what I've added, time to add in his first midseason upgrade, the Full Vernian!

Robot Name: RX-78GP-01Fb "Zephyranthes" Full Vernian (sometimes called Full Burnian)
Robot Description: The RX-78GP-01 "Zephyranthes" Full Vernian is the space variant of the GP-01. The Full Vernian gives the unit extra armor pieces on its shins, waist skirt, chest and shoulders and modifies the Core Booster II to give it (and thus the GP-01Fb) special space boosters that give the units incredible mobility. Despite the extra boosters, the GP-01Fb cannot fly in the atmosphere (or at least it's implied. It never does in the SRW series.)

The GP-01Fb retains all of the weaponry the normal GP-01 used, but also adds an experimental Mega Beam Rifle.

(NOTE: The game Super Robot Wars Advance seem to give the GP-01 (or at the very least the GP-01Fb) beam guns with its beam sabers, mostly due to the fact that the Core Fighter II's beam guns are the GP-01's beam sabers. For the sake of completion, I'll throw it in)

Slight tweaks to the planned upgrades for Roads today:

The shotguns the same, just for some clarification, they can be used one-handed, for dual-wielding fun. Other than that they're the same.

The rifle gets changed around a lot; instead of the planned rifle, it's a high-powered sniper rifle. Still a railgun, it's just much larger and much longer-ranged. Uses some expanding rounds, so it doesn't have the crazy overpenetration that a railgun tends to have. When not in use, it's folded in half and stored on the back of the Zweilicht; in action it's about as long as the machine is tall.

Mister || Char Aznable || Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam / Original Mech

New Mech: MSN-04α Proto Sazabi (original mobile suit)

The predecessor of the MSN-04 Sazabi, it is essentially the same mobile suit, only lacking funnels. Instead of funnels, however, the Sazabi has the prototype for what will become the Psychoframe Cockpit, designed to synchonize a Newtype's brain with the computers onboard the mobile suit, allowing for vastly increased reaction time compared to the average mech, second-by-second knowledge of the battlefield through psycommu-linked sensors, and demanding minimal interaction with the general controls of the mobile suit. While not as instantaneous or precise as, say, the mobile trace system found in Gundam Fighter units, it is a good alternative due to the lack of physical harm done to the pilot. The only reason this suit's version of the psychoframe isn't considered the 'final' version is because it has yet to be linked with typical Newtype weapons, such as funnels or sub-arms. This is mainly for testing purposes. Over time, however, the Proto Sazabi might be upgraded with very light payloads of Newtype weaponry to 'stress test' the psychoframe's capabilities. No more than two or three funnels; nothing like the Qubeley's compliment of ten.

The MSN-04α Proto Sazabi is somewhat smaller compared to its eventual successor, but carries the same payload; a beam shotrifle with the energy output to shred a normal mobile suit in a single shot at close range, two custom beam sabers mounted in the forearms for instant access, and a beam tomahawk mounted inside the shield that can combine for an extra-long beam saber that might as well be a lance. Its most dangerous weapon, however, is the megaparticle cannon mounted in the center of the mobile suit. While not as powerful as, say, the Big Zam's, it's wide spread is designed to take out multiple mobile suits with one shot. Its relatively low energy output, however, while maintained to prevent overheating, means it would not fare well against anti-beam measures such as anti-beam coating or I-fields. Mobile suits without them, however, are history.

While lacking funnels, MSN-04α Proto Sazabi's performance is top-notch, boasting the maneuverability of a suit half its size and enough weapons to pose a threat to even a Gundam.

Robot Description: Being a prototype with near negligible differences from its brethren, the Blue Frame was lightly armed and dire need of an upgrade to improve its efficiency for the often dangerous missions that Serpent Tail undertakes. The Heavy Weapons loadout includes a pair of leg mounted 3 tube missile launchers, a back mounted 8 tube missile launcher, and 2 M68 "Cattus" 500mm recoilless rifle.

Akito Tenkawa / Martian Successor Nadesico / Adding New Weapon

Weapon: Field Lancer
Description: With the Jovians using the powerful Distortion Fields, the Aestivalis had lost its advantage. To counter this, Seiya Urubitake developed the "Field Lancer". On the outside, the Field Lancher is just a fancy-schmancy spear. However, it has a secret function within it - when used against a barrier, it's not only able to pierce it directly, but it can actually pry it open, allowing its user to attack through the hole it made! These weapons would become standard for the Aestivalis and its Mass Production variation made three years later.

Interestingly, while the series had the Field Lancers only work on Distortion Fields, SRWs made the Field Lancers catch-all barrier piercers. Hey, maybe if you ask Urubitake nicely, he might make ones for you guys!

Nanohana "Hana" Himesaki / Project PreDestiny: The Rainbow Jewel Of Hope / Upcoming "Mid-Season" Upgrade

Robot Name: PreDesu Series Operation Unit Endless-Desu 02: Blanc
Robot Description: Desu Blanc is one of three units designed of the Endless series. Outfitted with the special AI Mipple, the Endless series was proven to be too powerful when, in 6 AI, the Endless series unleashed their full power uncontrolled, nearly pulverizing a city to the ground.

To control it, the WEARE armor is placed onto Desu Blanc. The armor is outfitted with a number of ballistic and energy weapons fueled by the overwhelming power of Desu Blanc. However, this armor can be cast off with the aid of the two other AIs in Nanohana's possession and full syncro with the units "sister" unit, Desu Noir. With the armor cast off, Desu White is one of the strongest units in the Desu line beside its sister units.

In and out of armor, the unit utilizes various kick-based attacks to attack its opponents. As well, Desu Blanc's Hold HANDS attacks with Desu Noir are the Marble Screw attack (which pulverizes an opponent with white and black-like energy), though with the armor off, it becomes Endless Marble Screw.

Eri Kurumu, Project PreDESU: The Rainbow Jewel of Hope, Player Shaun, Upcoming Mid-Season Upgrade

Robot Name: PREDESU Series Operation Unit Endess-DESU 01: Noir
Robot Description: DESU Noir is one of three units designed shortly after the creation of DESU Flower. Outfitted with the special AI MIPPLE (Maximum Intent Power Performance Legion Element), the original testing activation for it was a disaster. In 6AI, the MAX units Noir, Blanc and Gold unleashed their power, and subsequently nearly wiped a growing city off the map. They sealed these two and their AI into the WEARE Armor, which was created as a limiter system. A heavily bulky system based on the idea of Kabuto Rider Armor, it has numerous ballistic and energy weapons fuelled by its incredible level of power. However in times of need, this armor can be cast off, and full synchro with the sister unit DESU Blanc will result in their full power being unleashed.

Its main weapon system isn't actually the energy and ballistics, but rather their tremendous punching and kicking power, Noir focusing more on punches than anything else as the line of DESU machines for Eri tend to be. Hold HANDS activates the Marble Screw during the armor on, but when the armor is cast off, it becomes the Marble Screw MAX which has the potential to level a mountain or a city.

Corel/Nanoha/Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha/Modifying Existing Equipment?

So in Nanoha A's Portable: The Gears of Destiny, this little white devil gains an additional super-beam attack accessible ONLY in Full Drive/Excelion Mode called Hyperion Smasher. In effect, it is a suped-up Divine Buster, and apparently replaces Divine Buster as the long-range bombardment option while in Full Drive (Excelion Buster being a mid-range attack).

The interesting thing about this move is that Nanoha actually twirls Raising Heart overhead while charging it; creating a small pink tornado effect that repels incoming light projectiles (stronger ones will still hit her) and smacking human-sized opponents that try to melee her from the front in the process.

Aero/Miki/Idolmaster Xenoglossia/3 episodes from the finale upgrade

Robot Name: Nebula Ziehdraht
Robot Description: Nebula after...some things happen to him. While most of the frame stays the same the important difference is that the two meteor punching fists are replaced by two very large set of wire guided claws. The Ziehdraht increases Nebula's combat ability drastically due to both of the claws being able to increase the amount of gravity used when attacking. It is able to easily wipe out the hundreds of the mass produced iDOL Epimetheus just by launching the claws and emitting a shockwave. For solo combat Nebula can also focus the gravity to the point where a punch from a single Ziehdraht was able to break through the Faustschlag equipped Imber's Gravity Shield.

Camiu/Kamille/Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: A New Translation/Modifying existing Mecha

This idea's been in my head all day today, and I want to get it down here before I lose it, even if I won't see it in action for a good while yet

Robot Name: MSN-006/11-L Zeta Gundam Lambda mod

Robot Description: Not to be one-upped by the Gundam Projects GP-01-fb, Kamille comes up with a way to further increase the overall speed and mobility of the Zeta Gundam with the use of 4 specialized 'fin-boosters' that can be attatched to the outer side of both legs. More streamlined than the Full Vernian's Universal Booster Pods, these boosters are based on a prototype 'fin-funnel', the folding design of the fins allowing for finer control of thrust output and angle without adding much mass, while also being able to rotate on an axis to further increase control. Unfortunately, as it is an add-on module, the fin-boosters are attached rather weakly, and would likely fly off if used in the atmosphere. Thankfully, because it is an add-on module, the Zeta Gundam doesn't have to stay equipped with it should it sortie on the earth.

Drascin/Samus Aran/Metroid

This is basically the first of many, many upgrades. I'm going to be bothering you guys here a lot.

For Samus, the Varia suit needs to absorb or copy external technology for its upgrades. I have been talking with Arach, and we have decided that Zweilitch could be a pretty good source for the Light Suit and the Light Beam. Reference image.

This would be a new mode for Samus's suit. It's somewhat more frail in terms of shields than her basic Varia, but it increases her speed noticeably, and renders her extremely resistant (to the point of ignoring lesser rank attacks entirely) to any attacks based on darkness, toxicity, or black hole weaponry of various kinds. Moreover, it allows the suit to accumulate light as a kind of capacitor, rev it up by circulating it through Samus and charging it with her own spiritual strength (incidentally making sunlight in particular regenerate her strength a bit as it does so. It's not going to regenerate a wound instantly, but can be a second wind after a hit), and use the empowered light energy as a Light Beam that causes extreme damage to dark-based enemies as well as barriers of all kinds. While in this mode, though, she will lose access to some of the upgrades that will come later, such as Dark Beam, as well any functionality beyond basic given by other suit modes - the games may allow it, but in here, no Gravity and Light at the same time!

Roux Louka/Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ/Unit Upgrade

Unit Name: RX-178 + FXA-05D Super Gundam
Unit Description: The original RX-178 Gundam Mk-II, while an amazing mech, was actually light years behind many units created following its capture. With light armor and basic weapons, the Gundam Mk-II was just that - a Mark-II. To fix that, a support craft was developed called the FXA-05D G-Defenser. The FXA-05D G-Defenser is essentially a special flight craft armed with support weapons. However, when docked with the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II, it becomes the powerful RX-178 + FXA-05D Super Gundam.

Beyond the Mk-II's regular weaponry, the Super Gundam uses the three main weapons used by the G-Defenser: two 14-tube Missile Launchers, 4 Vulcan Cannons and the powerful Long Beam Rifle. The unit can also turn into a Mobile Armor mode called the G-Flyer, allowing the Super Gundam to fly alongside the Zeta Gundam and other flying units and still be able to use the G-Defenser's weapons. Because of these new additions, the Super Gundam gains a 20% increase in maneuverability, armor (thanks to the fact that the G-Defenser is made of Gundanium) and firepower.

As a note, seeing as Kamille's upgraded the Mk-II with all of those hidden weapons, the Super Gundam can use those without trying to hop around on one foot.

After much debate, I've got this finalized. Let's see if this passes...

Players: MaxSalsa, Tenebrae
Characters: Chrono Harlaown, Tatsu
Canons: Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Roar that Shaped Fate

The idea is basically to set up Tatsu as a Unison Device, as provoked by this IC discussion. The writeup on the upgrade is in Chrono's journal, as it is slightly long. Tenebrae and I came up with this together after that thread, and Corel is all right with it (last I asked). I'm aware this is an odd request, but it gives Tenebrae something he's wanted for Tatsu for a while, and it makes Chrono less likely to be put on a bus for hilariously low power levels once the A's plot is over.

Let me know if there's a problem with this, either something I can fix, or this being unreasonable outright.

Speed and Energy bonuses.

Weapons:

Vanity Ripper -

A set of 2 swords, and stronger than the Zephyr Sword. Both blades can also combine into one giant sword to deal punishing slashes. However, if Cybuster intends to use the sword to its fullest, the blades need to be separated into two for high speed, and combined into one for high-powered finisher slashes.

Zephyr Rave Mk.II -

Prana is now combined with the sword, and even a fraction of Cyfis' power. In some cases, this can actually be more powerful and useful than the Cosmo Nova. Can be used with Vanity Ripper.

Prana Burst -

Uses up a fraction of prana used in Cyflash by releasing it into the ground to create a shockwave, or, launching two blade beams of pure energy for long-range attacks.


Cybuster Possessed (it's just a form):

Maxed out speed, energy, and armor; it's essentially Masaki's I win mode, but mastered; can last only 5 minutes.

Weapons -

Shinden Blade -

Charges the new sword with prana for a devastating three-stage sword combo.

Akashic Familiar -

Kuro and Shiro can now perform their own Akashic Buster.

Shinden Ranbu No Tachi -

The ultimate attack of Cybuster, and even stronger than the Cosmo Nova in most fields. Cyfis' power is pushed beyond its power, and Masaki moves at insane speeds, moving around the enemy and slashing at them by first starting slow, then picking up speed gradually with intense slashes that are both fast and hard. There's a small Akashic Buster thrown in as well, intending to push the enemy before another round of intense slashes. Afterwards, Masaki takes two more slashes, one that binds the enemy with prana so they cannot hope to escape, and then another that can possibly cleave through an enemy, or knock them down to the ground/magic circle, where a large explosion will engulf them.



Wacky new guns or martial arts training: Masaki also gains more prana through a transplant, making him able to push out more prana in order to fight, and by training in La Gias. He can also gain the power of Cyfis, temporarily summoning Cyfis into Cybuster for five minutes for ultimate power, and even regeneration.

Jockey / Hua Cheng Kwan / Ironlock / Modifying Existing Mecha

It's probably going to be a little bit of a list.

Unit Name: Ymir
Unit Modifications:

Tesla Drive - Given the sheer amount of trashed Lions on the field it wouldn't be too difficult to find one or get the required parts and proceed to modify it to the Ymir's specifications. Because of the Ymir's size and battlefield role, the addition of a Tesla Drive would be a welcome boon to cut down on deployment time as well as give it better mobility - allowing it to fulfil the role of a heavily armed and armored mobile attacker - like some sort of oversized MS-09 Dom.

Charged Cannons - Once more, With the Lion salvage. This time from the railguns. The Ymir's back mounted cannons will now have longer range and greater hitting power.

Unit Name: Jotunn
Unit Modifications/Weapon Additions:

Tesla Drive - Like the Ymir, the Jotunn would also be equipped with a Tesla Drive. This will allow it to have sustained flight and add more to battlefield options.

Slash Harkens - Given the lack of close combat options the Jotunn has, a few tweaks were needed. The Slash Harkens are mounted on it's forearms.

Rifle - The Jotunn's rifle has been modified. It now lacks the bayonet and is stockier. Sporting an underslung shotgun.

Charge Knife - Rather than a beam saber, Cheng has opted for a Combat Frame sized combat knife. The knife can either be used normally or can be enveloped in a crackling surge of energy - which can potentially cause systems failures if embedded into machinery.

Unit Name: Gucun Semi Powered Infantry Armor
Unit Description:

In the event Cheng ever has to go into an on-foot situation he has his armor cleaned up and ready to go. The heavier components have been stripped out to allow him to wear it in the cockpit. It essentially functions like a Normal Suit with better resistances debris and small arms fire. The suit grants him a relatively minor boost to both strength and agility and is suited for harsh environments in addition to space.

And here I am again, asking for yet more upgrades! It's season end, and we have a huge amount of gathered Adventus salvage! And guess who has an armor capable of absorbing isolated tech? So I want to ask for some upgrades based on the tech exhibited by Adventus. It's three different things:

Gravity Suit

Absorbed from the Adventus forcefield technology. The Varia changes to a purplish color, and is covered by directional forcefields. This, like in the games, gives perfect maneuverability inside environments that reduce mobility, such as liquids or gels, giving an S ranking at Sea, as well as immunity to acid. It also increases the toughness of Samus's shielding by a fair amount in exchange for a noticeable hit in the suit's speed, as the Speed Boots stop working while in this form and Samus can only run on her own power (which is still fairly fast, but definitely not as fast).

Sonic Beam

Absorbed from the Adventus sonic attack technology exhibited by DJ RGNK. A short-range, high-powered, spread-fire beam that deals lessened damage to organic targets but grievous damage to metallic and stone structures. In some ways, an inverse Wave Beam.

Flash Step

Absorbed from Adventus teleporter techonology, exhibited by Lucas. An upgrade to Light Suit. As in the game the Light Suit could innately teleport alongside certain beams of light for enormous distances, but that kind of thing would be either useless or broken depending on what beams counted in UG@, I'm instead suggesting an alternative as an upgrade to the base Light Suit I have: While in Light Suit, Samus can do instant short range teleporting between areas that are illuminated by sunlight. The visual on this is a temporary disgregation into energy, not unlike what happens when Samus Morphballs, reappearing a short distance away. Think Nightcrawler with a flash of sorts.

Alright, so after talk with the mods, a change to the Flash Step has been suggested by them. Namely, having it turn into a Relocation Beam of sorts. Basically, Samus shoots a white, glob-looking pulse of energy through her arm cannon at a point in space, and when it reaches she is teleported to the point in question.

In this case, since this is a beam rather than an armor power, the Aperture ScienceRelocator Beam would be usable in all Suit forms, rather than only in Light form as the Flash Step would have been.

Canon Upgrade: FangJoker
As debuted in yesterday's mission, FangJoker is W's mid-season upgrade. FangJoker is stronger than the previous forms, but since it uses Philip's body instead of Shoutaro's, it has a lower stamina, and can't last as long. FangJoker fights with 3 weapons, the Arm Fang, Shoulder Fang, and Ankle Fang. The first is used as a tonfa-like weapon for close-range. The second is used as a boomerang-like weapon for medium-range (well, as far as he can throw it range). The last is used for their Maximum Drive, the Fang Strizer (blame Shoutaro for the random name), which is a spinning/slashing kick.


Non-Canon Upgrades: FangMetal and FangTrigger
Neither of these forms are used in the series, although they are theoretically possible. The issue/idea of compatibility is brought up at a couple places in the series, and it is likely that Fang is simply most compatible with Joker, which is why it is the only one used in canon. Camiu and I propose that, while being weaker than FangJoker (due to lack of compatibility), that FangMetal and FangTrigger are indeed possible.

FangMetal would be focused more on defensive attacks, combining the Shoulder Fang and the Metal Shaft into the Fang Naginata. Maximum Drive for FangMetal would be "Fang Shlitz", where they make three slices on the enemy with the Fang Naginata: Two short horizontal slices, and one vertical. The fact that it appears as an F-shaped mark is completely coincidental.

FangTrigger would be focused more on medium-range attacks, combining the Shoulder Fang with the Trigger Magnum into the Fang Bayonette. Maximum Drive for FangTrigger would be "Fang Spreng", a close-range attack where the blade of the Fang Bayonette is thrust into the enemy, followed by point-blank firing of the gun.

Swarm Vent: Specialized defense. A swarm of bees appears to intercept an attack or slow down an attacker. Only can be used once, as the swarm gets obliterated taking the bullet.
Sting Vent: Summon attack, Buzzstinger rains spikes (stingers) down on the enemy.
Final Vent: Enemy held down or to a surface by stingers while Ren fires arrows.

Strike Vent: Wrist-mounted chakram (patterned off Guldmirage's wind-and-fire wheel). Has a cross-guard to allow for close-range fighting, as well as provide minor defense, or can be thrown.

Whirl Vent: Summon attack, Guldmirage hurls wind-and-fire wheel. Some wind power to it, but mostly just a hard strike.
Final Vent: Guldmirage creates a whirlwind as Ren attacks with a butterfly kick for a double strike

Ash Blaze | Christine Diaman/Astral Frontier | Modifying Existing Unit

Unit: Solstice

New Additions:

Barrier H-Type: Derived from the Advent H-Type Christine hauled back following the final defeat of HALO, for all intents and purposes, the H-Type is incredibly weaker than both the Advent H-Type's or the Hyperion that it originated from. Beyond the usual "Protect from dangerous stuff" barriers tend to do, the most the Barrier H-Type can do (at least with the Solstice) would be to have it act as a small extension of the Solstice and giving it a greater boost in physical power (think something like the Pinpoint Barriers from the later-day Macross series.)

Shoulder Railguns: Not wanting Julia to have all the railgun fun, Christine's asked for two of the railguns from the fallen Lions to be installed on the Solstice's shoulders and to be fired from there. This is more of a case of having something to fight with in the case of being disarmed. Again.

Manipulator Arms: With a combination of both new equipment and a developing style of fighting, the Solstice now adds an extra set of manipulators, mostly for either holding her shield while under attack and for wielding an extra weapon if need-be.

Setsuna F. Seiei/Mobile Suit Gundam 00/Additional equipment

Unit equipment GN-001/hs-A01Gundam Avalanche Exia

Robot Description Although the GN particle propulsion system native to the Exia allows for relatively high speed and acceleration, the unit is actually incapable of matching or exceeding certain aircrafts and spacecrafts in flight. To eliminate this issue, the high mobility equipment hs-A01 Avalanche was created. The optional equipment consists of a series of large-capacity GN particle condenser attachments, which act to store the particle production of the GN Drive for release in a single 10-minute burst of ultra-high speed. Higher output is possible, but the strain it places on the body of the pilot becomes severe. As the condensers require a full hour to charge, repeated use of the burst function is impossible. The standard Seven Swords armaments can be mounted behind the Avalanche equipment and can be quickly deployed for use.

Description: Powered by the Super-1 Rocket Switch, a massive version of the original Rocket Switch, Fourze Rocket States is a powered up form of the Rocket Module, giving Fourze twin Rocket Modules and turning his suit orange. The form's main attack is the Rider Tailspin Crusher, which has him spiraling into his opponents while in flight. With the Drill Module, he can initiate the Rider Double Rocket Drill Kick.
